It's unfortunate you love a country which is ruled by people with extreme ideologies at the moment. It certainly does have a lot of lovely people there but at the same time there are many who are causing lots of problems. Brother, you're still out there? I'm an Australian who was stuck in India during the Pandemic. I arrived in India in January 2020. I was in Hyderabad from March 2020 to October 2020. Delhi for the next 4 months, and then moved further south to get out of the city. I left India in August 2021. Back to Australia. I've been following your story and I'm damn sorry it's taking this long to resolve. Stay strong mate! I walked all over Delhi when I was there and I'm now sorry I didn't try to meet up. I walked the streets for months. Didn't see a single foreigner! I felt like a man on the moon. At least India was very kind and I was always treated well there. I was very lucky! Stay strong.

I can totally understand what it feels like. I am with my family in Muscat, Oman after being stuck with border closures in Australia, I reunited with my family after 749 days. In that 749 days I was totally with no contact with human beings.

In my time spent in Pakistan, all I saw was amazing hospitality, landscape, food, music, and the most welcoming people. On my visit to Pakistan for the first time ever, I distinctly remember these days. I was first introduced to the country by my Pakistani roommates many years ago when I was 18 and living in London. Their stories had piqued my interest right away. Finally, after all this time, I got the chance to come to Pakistan. It took me two months to plan my trip and included many nights of researching what to do and where to go.
Oh man, somehow I know the feeling. For the past 4 years I've been living in Spain and my future wife in South Africa. For us, the worst is that feeling during the drive to the airport, before the inminent "see you later", you just never want that moment to arrive, and that lump in the throat appears. I wish you the best, hope everything soarts out soon. She looks like a lovely person, hope you can be together again in India soon.

I am new to Karl's channel and I realize this is from 8 months ago but it was really nice to watch. I'm glad he got to be reunited with her. I couldn't imagine spending a week without my loved ones, let alone 400+ days.
I feel your pain, I'm in a similar situation where my wife and daughter live in the US and My son and I love in Mexico and that moment they need to return always feels horrible, hopefully soon I can be with them and hopefully soon you can be with your family and wife. For us, the worst is that feeling during the drive to the airport, before the inminent "see you later", you just never want that moment to arrive, and that lump in the throat appears.
