The sour mouth thing, We usually rub the mouth good with sour orange or lime until it bleed for a few times then it will dry up.

Meri bakri kal se chilla raha hain lagta hain jayse uska body pe pain ho raha hain. Jab dard hota hain usko owh balance nhi kar pata or dourta hain kavi kavi.kal sham se aj subha tak dard tha phir ajj pura din thik tha nhi chillaya lekin phir ajj sham se chilla raha hain dard main. Legs kapta hain uska or owh chillane k pehle kaan khujlata hain. Uska neck k niche gol sa kuch hain fula hua tonsils jysa. Kya hua hain usko or koi treatment hain toh boliye plz sir
