It's ok I found it. CL is Caseous Lymphadenitis or abscess in the Head n Neck area.
I never tried this but someone told me for sore mouth blue and butter can help it too lol

Bleach helpes prevent the spread of abscess, especially when applied to feeding trays as well as areas where animals groom themselves

The sour mouth thing, We usually rub the mouth good with sour orange or lime until it bleed for a few times then it will dry up.
