So informative. We keep our house at 77 and our bill in Ca is 700.00 😢. I can’t wait to leave and it’s only 2000 sq feet.
Sounds like a place for a second home and get out of town June - Sept.
I just moved to Conway from the Bay Area two weeks ago. I did not feel so hot.
It's been in the 40's last couple mornings! We're looking forward to a little heat 👍
