    Hi Vikas Ji,
    Thanks for valuable information.
    SHHM this year 2023, was very nicely planned and organized as usual. There were hydration station, medical facilities, cheering band booths and ambulance placed every kilometer. Excellently managed. Hearty congratulations to organizers Dr. Sandip Kate & team for conducting such a huge event in flawless manner.
    This year was my second SHHM.
    This time I ran barefoot, it was too much of fun running barefoot 😊 also this was my second barefoot half marathon too. Overall it was my 9th long run event.
    Roads at SHHM were beautiful clean tar roads, with perfectly painted dividers and side lines.
    Thanks for guidance provided in video too.
    Yo

    Hello sir! At 14:21 you have mentioned type of shoes that will have to be worn for slippery downhill roads.. would you suggest trail running shoes for this race ?

    • @Fitpage
      @Fitpage  6 місяців тому

      Not really. You can have any shoes with better grip ie rubber outsole.

    I hve not practice of hill running and my HM time is 1:40 on plane.... Can i finish in sub 2

      You will want to go up slower and then keep energy to pace up while coming downhill. You should aim to finish well within 2hrs if you pace well.
