*This issue with unfair DSA bans from "community moderators" could've been avoided if:*
- Roblox did their job moderating properly themselves & written strict rules for UGC items;
- Roblox made initial moderation before allowing UGC to release.
Instead, we have communities like Peak UGC that took the bid 'moderating' the items using DSA forms.
And I am sure they had knew that those could be easily compromised because Roblox has no strict/direct rules and they don't actually moderate anything in much cases which makes DSA report into '80% chance to ban' for whatever reason you came up with, just have to hinge it up properly.
Instead of listening or at least paying some kind of a decency to the people they have bid themselves 'moderate' (rather to target), they had choosen the ignorance to them. And if the crap hits the fan they could always just refer to the point that if you were moderated - then the action was properly set.
And now they are celebrating their own destruction... Ironic.

Nope it's for absolutely no reason. They watched the rubensim video and did the exact opposite of what he asked.
What worse is that there are people who are against other UGC creators and targeted them along with people affiliated with their group or servers, even gotten to the point of doxxing and blackmailing

i've heard that filing false dsa reports is against the law too as it counts as perjury
this could be avoided if false reports led to a penalty to your account, and the more false reports, the longer the ban. accounts less old than 3 months should also not be allowed to report using this feature

Blood isn’t against TOS. There should be a system that makes it so anyone under 13 doesn’t see the blood, but people 13 and over see the item with the bloody texture.
That would require a lot more effort than its worth, they should just hide the item completely if you're under 13. It wouldn't even be that hard to do.

i was trying out the DSA feature to try and get rid of some predators I know and so far no action has been taken
Imagine wasting your own time reporting an item that has no impact on Roblox, and just being an annoyance to people that had bought the item, now being wasted until you get a refund for it

I feel like these reports should have an age configuration to hopefully put these false takedowns to a rest, while realistically being less common. It is stupid that a feature mainly used for reporting inappropriate things, which this feature was made due to laws, is being abused by assumably children because they decided to chose violence and take down a cosmetic that they couldn't get (either due to price, or Limited UGC stock running out), so they decided nobody can have it.

This only seems to show that Roblox's moderation is bad both ways. They're completely unresponsive to regular reports, but they think every DSA report is a code-red and immediately launch a banhammer in it's general direction, even for something innocuous.
I swear it's the degens who are reporting harmless stuff so that they can take down good reporting systems and keep doing their criminal actions on Roblox.

One of my friends has been terming some of those erp accounts too.
It's either nothing is getting taken down or everything is getting taken down for Roblox. That's considered balance in their eyes.

Everybody is talking about the great update ui that backfired, but what's more weird to me is for the fact that when roblox does bad updates, people say that roblox is on a downfall and hate on them but when they do good updates, people praise, support, and congratulate roblox and say that this is the hope for roblox's future.
I wish there could’ve been something better for roblox, but they brought it on themselves that I don’t think its a company that should live anymore. In fact if they really collapse, I’d celebrate and say we’re done with roblox now let’s play something way better or go outside and touch grass rather than hang on a depressing site that had a great past but terrible future. If anyone wants to defend roblox, I’d suggest you don’t because roblox knew there was predators on their site for a long time but have done nothing about it, and the only time they do something is when someone makes a video about the predator. Some people just want to destroy. Thats it. Who knows maybe its the predators way of fighting back by falsely reporting stuff so they can get DSA reporting closed down. Some people just wanna troll and ruin it for everyone simply because they can and there is no stopping that. The amount of times my accounts have been falsely reported and Ive actually gotten warnings surrounding them is insane. The roblox community has another huge issue with toxicity and I believe these toxic users are just doing it to ruin everyones experience aswell.
