I was really taken with how incredible the Doobie Brothers were performing live! This concert was a real quick reminder, babe! Michael McDonald, Patrick Simmons,
Cornelius Bumpus, Chet McCracken, Bobby LaKind, Keith Knudsen, John McFee, and Willie Weeks were a perfect fit vocally and instrumentally throughout the entire performance! They were havin' a great time! Watching it last night reminded me of why there was just one more reason to get up and dance back in the day, and now! This is one *Super Share* Dan! No doubt, I will enjoy it every time I have a chance to turn it up and *Whoaaaa Whoaahhh* listen to the music! Still luvin' the Doobie Brothers! Kudos babe! ~xox~:)

I love this version of "Long Train Runnin'."
I really like this concert. It isn't the best video quality but the sound quality is very good. Cornelius Bumpus really gets down on "Long Train Runnin'" and I like the drumming part they added where the harmonica solo used to be. I'm glad you enjoyed the share, and thanks so much for commenting!

It’s many years Dan since I last listened to The Doobie Brothers - 30-40 at least.
That was excellent and they are another band that I am going to have to revisit.

It had been quite a while since I last listened to them also. They were a really great band back then, especially during this era right before they disbanded. I used to listen to "The Best of the Doobies" all the time and they were a pretty big band back in the day.
If you do decide to revisit them, I recommend "The Very Best of the Doobie Brothers" CD. I believe it's up here on UA-cam.
BTW, I'm currently very frustrated at UA-cam, as the last four videos I've uploaded have been blocked worldwide. These are videos that are up on other channels! YT can be very rewarding and also very maddening.

Just recently, two Prince channels that I follow have opened up ‘Number Two Accounts’.
One of them said that he will be okay in a month and will revert back to his ‘Number One Account’.
He gave me the impression that he was “being chased by a Japanese officer”.?
The frustration for the channel owners must be enormous.
@@bd5933 That's quite odd, and actually doesn't surprise me at this point. At times YT gets a bit crazy, and so do the Tubers.
I can tell you that you are correct concerning the frustration issue. As a channel owner, I never know what to expect. I can work for hours (or even days) on a video and it gets blocked worldwide when it's up on other channels. Or, the video can be up for years and then get removed by UA-cam or even get a strike on the video! Three strikes and they close your channel. I never really know if I still have a channel until I log in. It can be rewarding, and also enormously frustrating! If this channel gets shut down I would probably just give it up. Let's just hope for the best!

One or two channel owners feel the same as you Dan.
I have a friend who had 17000 subscribers to a Prince channel.
He lost it.
Started again, had a few hundred subscribers and lost it.
He now has 27 subscribers - all in a matter of months.
Crazy times.
@@bd5933 There are certain artists that you have to be very careful about, and Prince is probably one of them. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of the channels, bro. It's a lot of work to get a channel going, and after a few shutdowns most people just give up. Good luck with his new channel...he'll need it!

I remember seeing this concert years ago or at least bits and pieces of it seeing the whole thing in its entirety is absolutely overwhelming! This has to be one of the greatest concerts of all time! Everyone is at the top of their game here and they are so incredibly tight with every single hit through the years and the way they made their playlist was really awesome! It's very depressing having to wrap my head around modern music after watching this if I could go into time machine.. well, you know I wouldn't come back.. would you?
Yes, I totally agree with the way music, especially if considering the instrument is an actual instrument being played by a human being, lol, not some person using a computer. Sadly, it's just the direction of the way it's created now. 😢
Among the best live rock concerts, up there with the Allman Brothers Fillmore East.
If I had to choose a word for this concert it would be happy.
