3, The matter has been ignored indefinitely
4, The Petition has been filed by great Hamid Mir who happens to have a copy of the notorious Cipher as well
5, The family has not been brought in loop still
6, All previous petitions over the matter have served everyone but the Shaheed's family
7, The Petition has been filed at IHC and that too with the beacon of light of a CJ there
8, Except of Umar Shahid Hamid's selfless work, nothing has gone in Arshad's Shareef Shaheed's way despite all that has taken place

Dr. Pirzada, please ask the barrister and post the detail on how I can join this petition. I am ready to sign the legal service contract. I request everyone on this forum to do the same. Instead of praying for the family of Arshad, perhaps this is a more practical approach.

One of the main reasons why qazi faiz esa is given extension so that he will postpone arshad sharif’s case hearings, for another 2 years or so this way time will pass and people will forget the case.
Am a medical doctor by profession, judicial language is way beyond my comprehension, sorry doc can’t hear it to the end.
