I'm guessing you're talking about live racing,, there's a lot of different ways to set things up for live raising, I try to set mine up to where it does well but it's still fair for the opponents, if they know how to tune a car they still have a chance to win I mean you can spend a lot of time tuning these things and really dial it into where it's almost unbeatable but I like the setups I have because they're fair for everybody except for people that don't know how to tune a car but hey eventually they'll probably learn if they keep playing
Thanks for another informative video "Lightening". My game has grown quite a bit ever since i put my ego aside and started taking your tips and incorporating them into my play. I love live racing with the Mercedes 300 SL Coupe. Have never lost a live race at 200 and counting. Thanks again Danny. BTW 22 minutes is not long when they're full of knowlegde.
Thanks cuz I'm glad you're having fun live racing with that car, most people have short attention spans and watch videos for 2 to 5 minutes before they leave I've noticed, UA-cam says even the really big popular channels only get 3 to 5 minutes of you retention sometimes on a 20 minute video so I don't know people just don't have attention spans, hopefully I understood that correctly but I believe that's what they were saying so generally don't make the videos any longer than it needs to be because people have a 30 second attention span these days LOL
Live was a major pain for me until I found consistent bot lobbies, first the Vanquish, then 250 GTO, then 300 SL. As players found these lobbies I had to improve my live play. Live became a completely different story when I found a video that explained a low pp high evo tune for the 240SX that beats dyno by 0.57s. Now that I know it can be done and that there are only a handful of rare counters to that, live has become manageable and fun. I will need to tune more cars since the 240SX will not last forever, but at least I don't dread live anymore. The more videos like these out there, the more people will learn to tune for themselves. Thanks for teaching us your technique!
13:04 Danny, if you run the bots you can gauge what lobby you are in, because they usually run roughly a second slower than the lobby they're in. I also regularly run the bots so that I can deliberately run a lot slower than my dyno to offset the runtimes where I DO need to bust my dyno. Also worth mentioning, if you bust your dyno 3 races in a row you're almost guaranteed to be lobby bumped.
I've never really paid attention to what time the bots run so that's interesting, I usually just realize they were slow but never really thought much about it so that's some pretty interesting ideas, thank you
Next live stream you do with MaxTheGamer, it may be worth discussing it, because I find it really useful. And he definitely knows more about it, as it was his suggestion in one of his videos is why I do it. Keep up the good work mate. @@Danny-Lightning-CSR
That was a great video Danny. Thank you for sharing. I’ve often wondered how to test and set for live. Now I can turn some inventory into live racing beasts. Don’t want any turd tacos or crap sandwiches sitting around gathering dust. Earn your keep!
Awesome, it's nice to be able to tune cars, I think a lot of people just rely on the UA-cam videos on tuning but I think everybody should actually learn to tune their self as if I make life easier, tuning for the highest evil will normally get you almost perfect, but I usually get you a very very close
Can’t wait to see more content, would love to see an “under rated car list” for those cars that aren’t really driven to often but are okay at live racing and can beat dyno?
There's actually about 900 cars in the game so just trying to remember what all the cars do is pretty much impossible I do have a how to drive playlist where every time I make a video for a car I throw it on that playlist and if it says live racing on the thumbnail or in the title it probably had a live racing setup,
Hey hey glad to be of some sort of help LOL but these low performance point high Evo cars will save you a huge headache, it sucks trying to reset a car that gets pushed these days so I really only live race cars that have this type of setup as they pretty much always stay in the lobby and stay competitive and then I don't have to spend an hour trying to reset it LOL so cars that have this type of setup are amazing for life and I wouldn't do it any other way anyways glad you like the video
No thank you, I really appreciate that and I hope you're having an amazing day, but it's really weird how they set up live racing these days, those low performance point high Evo tunes if you can find a car that has one of those that is still the best way to find good live racers, but yeah this game is got a lot of weird stuff going on when it comes to tunes and shift patterns and everything else
Danny, I found your channel and I am very happy that I did, because you have really helpful information about the game !! I have only been playing for about 6 weeks and I was not doing very well at all, until I found your channel and I have learned so much !! Thank You !! Every time I watch your channel I learn something new ! Keep up the Great Job and Information that you share 👍😊 !!
Hey I'm glad you're enjoying the channel, I appreciate you watching my videos and if you go to my channel and scroll down or click on the little playlist tab you should find so much information about the game it's crazy, it's amazing how much there is to what you would think is a simple drag racing game, it's not really that simple, especially when you get into like live racing sit-ups and how live racing work because and whatnot, there's a lot to learn but it's a very fun game but hey glad you liking the videos and thanks
It was one of those new BMWs we got recently, I think it was the purple star one that they gave us for free but I can't remember offhand which one of them it was but yeah one of the new BMWs that was added to the game sometime this year I think
I would put it this way, you want to win the races, it doesn't really matter if it's by a little or a lot but you want to set up a car for a specific lobby and you want it to stay in that lobby you don't want the game to be moving your car around all the time because the game will put you in the lobbies where you can't win races anymore if you're running faster than the dyno time or your lobby time So what's trying to find a car that works on low upgrades because those will win a lot of the races and it will stay in the lobby you want to be in and not get into a lobby where you can't win anymore so it's mainly the fact that the game picks up your car and moves it to a lobby where you have no chance of winning if you're beating the dino time or the lobby times too much so they got live racing set up all kinds of crazy in my opinion, and it's a huge nightmare or waste of time to have to reset cars once they're in the wrong lobby and stuff like that so this will just save you a lot of time and headaches
Yea danny set up my first car for live racing the Valhalla man back to winning cant deal with that super fast lobby, may set up my Barracuda notorious next cause tbe pushed me in that lobby also so yea the slower lobbies are where i belong.
Now I don't know if you have the same parts installed as I do but sometimes if you change parts around I can change stuff on the cars, so if our ours did not have the exact same parts what you found may or may not work on the car that I was using but then again it could I don't know, I will try to remember to check this out thank you
So just did a few runs with same car and same settings almost. My car dyno at 12.084, but is running 12.200 ish, and I was able to race on 4 race guy beat me but I did him downshift at finish line, and did a rematch with him and he downshifted at finish line again but I think he let me win or he downshifted to early as well... thanks for help I'm gonna try a different car now.
So the way I set up my live racing cars they are beatable but they win most of the libraries but some cars do better than others , generally if you can get three times the amount of Evo as performance points on the little upgrade setup it'll do with a good sometimes double will do good but usually three times is what you really really want
You are being beaten because a lot of people already know about this "bug" and in 90% of 13.0/12.0 lobbies. and 11.0, even with the downtune car, I can't beat other elite3s with downtunes either, now in lobbies lower than 10.0/9.0 I find people running seriously and few downtuners There is something that is strange I even lose to elite1s using supras in these lobbies but I win against cars that I didn't even played when they were launched
hey Danny, what do you mean by down-tuned? "He's got that thing down tuned"? I get what you do with the low PP and high EVO but what do you mean by that?
Some cars there's a way to tune them to make them beat the Dino Time by one or two or even 20 seconds but you lose all of the evil points so if you do live race with it you don't earn any RP but generally people will get in there and blow people away with down tuned cars because they think it's fun. There's really no reason to down tune cars in this game except for to make it beat the Dino Time like crazy so I don't really support down tunes but yeah some people do it and why I really hate it is still going to the lobbies with the new players and bet them $200,000 game cash and they go beat up on the brand new players that don't know any better so I don't like down tunes
You're welcome, a lot of the older cars don't have low performance point high Evo tunes but a lot of the newer ones do the majority of the really good ones you need two or three parts upgraded some of the other cars get a little weird and you really got to play around with it but this should give everybody kind of a good idea of how that works and I threw it on my new tuning playlist
Pls help me because i cannot start a live race match, I started playing this game from yesterday and have completed all the T1 Ladder...But the game doesn't let me progress because I haven't completed Live Races...But when I go to Live races, It just shows "Looking for Races" for 5 mins and still no match Can you please guide me through🥺🙏
I guess UA-cam never sent my reply cuz I'm pretty sure I replied to this but honestly you might want to contact game supports, you should either have real players and if none are available it should put some computerized cars for you to erase in there so it sounds like you're having a major game glitch, make sure you have the latest update and if that's not it you might want to contact game support and let them know what's going on
@@Danny-Lightning-CSR yes u had already replied, i commented same comment in two of your videos thats why😁...but the problem is now fixed, coz my car too much high level, i refit lower parts then the live races were available Btw thank u so much for replying💖🐐🐐
Man you explained it so well but when you showed the test to see if I had a car like that my GR Supra would do that so at the end you said to put it all on 4 and retune it to the max but when I retune it I get 678 elo +738 and it’s not even close to triple or double like you said it should be. How can I fix this? Bc I literally can’t win any games
I'm guessing you don't have enough fusion parts installed on the car I mean if you set this car to stage four parts fill stage 1 through 4 with fusions and tuna correctly it's a really good live racing car with high Evo as far as the Toyota GR Supra goes on tier 5, I do have a video on how I tune that car for live racing I think I show how you can do it on stage 4 and on stage 5 but I actually prefer the stage 4 tune better, but it's all about having the right parts installed making sure they're all filled with fusions and tune in shift pattern to do well in libraries again those type of lower upgrade tunes you don't want to beat your dino time you want to tune it to the fastest part of the lobby and the lobbies are every two tenths of a second so 12.0 , 12.2 , 12.4 , 12.6, and so on so if I tune a car for like 12 to I make sure I don't run up faster than 12 to that way it stays in the 12th to lobby and then it doesn't get pushed into the 12-0 lobby where it's not going to win anymore because the car generally runs at 12:00 2:00 or just slightly faster so slow down if you have to so you don't beat the lobby time. Now you can make some of these live racing cars monsters where they're unbeatable but I don't agree with that I make tunes that win but another person who knows what they're doing will have a chance to beat me, I make very good yet fair live racing tunes, there's a few cars where if you know how to set them up nobody will ever touch you but I'd rather drive something like the stage 4 super TR where other players actually have a chance and that makes it more fun and interesting to me at least
What if your highest Evo points gives you an odd 1/2 mile time like 11.333? Would you try to tune it to 11.400 and just give up those extra Evo points? I'm still waiting to get more fusion parts for my Supra.
Yes I would probably tried to adjust the nitrous slider first and see if I can slow it down a little bit cuz the nitrous is probably the least important and then I would play with the transmission slider next if I had to but yeah I might not be bad to slow it down just a little bit, you'll lose a few evil points but that's okay as long as it's not a huge drop
Yes but it will make you pay a lot of gold to strip the car, I think a maxed out to your floor car will probably cost three or four thousand gold because they charge you for the removal of every fusion part so yes if you strip a Max dot car you will get everything back but you will be charged gold for each part you have to remove
There are some things about the game that don't always make sense I mean they've been tweaking the live racing matchmaking recently a little bit here and there I mean eventually maybe they'll get it to a really good point we don't really know but it's kind of interesting how it's currently set up
Well you've got the supermax lobby and that has the very fastest cars in the game up to around 7.6 I think it is. But pretty much after that it's every 2/10 of a second for the most part. So you'll have like the 8.0, the 8.2 the 8.4 the 8.6 the 8.8 and so on so as long as you're not in the supermax it basically goes by every two tenths of a second
Why do cars you race have question marks does that mean they super fast? I get beat a lot they jump on to me a lot like they think or know I'm small fish my best car is supra gr or aston Martin valor
I am returning player from 2017-2019. I watched this, found tier 5 car with 4 stars 2016 R8 V10 plus Coupe and tried to tune it this was, but I ger like +100 Evo points max. This method will work only for modern cars?
It'll work for some cars but not all cars so you have to try it and see how it works for each car, I found a really good setup for like a Bugatti Chiron which I never thought would work but it did so you just got to try it and figure out what it works on and what it doesn't work on but I would say there's probably more cars that it does not work on but it can't hurt to try but there's been a couple of cars where I was like there's no way it's going to work on this and it did so you just never know till you try it
fusion parts make the car fast, if you don't have many fusion its going to run very slow, fill it up with fusions, stage 6, so those things with a good tuen and shift pattern and your good to go if its all done right and what not @@Rikko230392
All right so what's you're looking for is a car that doesn't require a lot of upgrades and you can still get to really high evil points. And then you need to make sure you drive it at or slightly slower than the lobby time you send it to you for example if the car is set to a 12.0 dyno you don't want to ever go faster than 12.0 or if the car is set to like 11.8 you're still going to want to run to about 12.0 to get it to stay in the 12.0 lobby so sometimes you might have to slow down or whatever but the main goal is if you can get double the evil points as performance points on low upgrades the car usually does okay if you can get triple or more it usually does crazy good
how can a car be 3, 4 or even more seconds faster than all the cars in a lobby? It was a 7 second car in the 10 seconds lobby . How is this even possible?
Tuning for live racing is really crazy those low performance point high Evo set up sometimes trick the game into thinking the car is going to be a lot slower than it is or some people find some crazy ways to down to the car which is something only some cars can do, or if you go into the supermax lobby they put the 7.6 cars I think it is and everything faster together in the supermax lobby so I think 7.8 is where the normal lobby start and then every 2/10 of a second there's a new lobby but it's like 6.5 to 7.6 I believe I'll get lumped together which is dumb so a lot of people don't do a lot of live racing with the really fast cars unless they're trying to trade winds with somebody cuz that's super Mex lobby is weird but there's just so many variables in ways to set up cars and tune cars and then the game just goes by where it thinks you're supposed to be which isn't always right so some cars will get huge advantages if you know what you're doing with them I mean some people will spend 68 10 hours tuning one car to make it beat everybody up so there's a lot of craziness, good news is not all cars have those crazy game tricking setups but some do and unfortunately there are some people out there that take advantage of those
If you know how to tune them you can definitely beat the dyno like crazy with those things cover I don't really like to advertise that too much cuz some people abuse that and rub noobs out of a lot of game cash lol
Most of us do is this is a phone only game and the only way to work around that is to download something that allows you to play Android apps on your PC which is more buggy and more problematic than just playing on your phone unless your phone sucks LOL generally I play on my phone if I'm not making UA-cam videos
So racing bots is bad? I have been racing every bot i could find because it was easy wins but i didn't know about this type of tuning. Thanks Mr lightning.
When you raise a butt you get half of the respect points and half of the resources but it's a guaranteed win so let's just say you race a full tank of gas and only erase the bots then will You just won't ever race and you probably ran that 10 pips of gas in like 6 minutes so it's not really a bad thing to raise bots but some people don't like it. Personally if I go into a lobby for them I'll say okay that's easy and I'll just run a tank of gas out real quick and collect the points
Not very much, I have my personal account and then I have another account I can use for making shift pattern videos but I don't play on that one, on my personal account I've probably spent about 60 bucks a year over the last six or seven years so not a lot, if you play for a while and your patient you'll get all kinds of nice stuff but it's a slow process
All right so either you were losing connection to the servers which would be a problem on their end or your Wi-Fi is having a bad connection or something like that, normally it's one of those two types of things when you start going offline like that. I can't really tell you what the problem is for sure but just probably one of those things
Blackwing setup: normal drive, nos on second, but let rpm max out before shifting and you will do about 14.23 and beat loads
Stage 3 nos, body, tires.
Stage 4 trans.

My Supra didn’t last the test*
Howzit from South Africa
Quick question... If I have all these fusion parts on a Car and I strip it... Will I get everything back or no...
Yes but it will make you pay a lot of gold to strip the car, I think a maxed out to your floor car will probably cost three or four thousand gold because they charge you for the removal of every fusion part so yes if you strip a Max dot car you will get everything back but you will be charged gold for each part you have to remove
@@Danny-Lightning-CSR thx
Great video
Nice explanation. What you said is making sense and just reinforces my belief the game is broken.
There are some things about the game that don't always make sense I mean they've been tweaking the live racing matchmaking recently a little bit here and there I mean eventually maybe they'll get it to a really good point we don't really know but it's kind of interesting how it's currently set up
Danny, can you help me to complete the ASHLEIGH'S CHALLENGE, RACE 5 0-161 KM/H SPRINT ? PLEASE
What are you playing on?
Great video Danny Thanks🎉🎉🎉
Bro do you know the lobby times , there’s a chat that shows you them
Well you've got the supermax lobby and that has the very fastest cars in the game up to around 7.6 I think it is. But pretty much after that it's every 2/10 of a second for the most part. So you'll have like the 8.0, the 8.2 the 8.4 the 8.6 the 8.8 and so on so as long as you're not in the supermax it basically goes by every two tenths of a second
@@Danny-Lightning-CSR yes correct , sorry I didn’t write the message correct but yh I know the lobby times , my bad .
Thx Danny much appreciated
Why do cars you race have question marks does that mean they super fast? I get beat a lot they jump on to me a lot like they think or know I'm small fish my best car is supra gr or aston Martin valor
I use 720s maxed out and make win or loose better faster idea 😊
I am returning player from 2017-2019. I watched this, found tier 5 car with 4 stars 2016 R8 V10 plus Coupe and tried to tune it this was, but I ger like +100 Evo points max. This method will work only for modern cars?
It'll work for some cars but not all cars so you have to try it and see how it works for each car, I found a really good setup for like a Bugatti Chiron which I never thought would work but it did so you just got to try it and figure out what it works on and what it doesn't work on but I would say there's probably more cars that it does not work on but it can't hurt to try but there's been a couple of cars where I was like there's no way it's going to work on this and it did so you just never know till you try it
@@Danny-Lightning-CSR maybe I need also add the fusion parts? However, one of the cars I tried, had them, I think...
fusion parts make the car fast, if you don't have many fusion its going to run very slow, fill it up with fusions, stage 6, so those things with a good tuen and shift pattern and your good to go if its all done right and what not

Since in live racing we look for low pp and high evo, is it okay if Im at 654 pp at very high evo ?
All right so what's you're looking for is a car that doesn't require a lot of upgrades and you can still get to really high evil points. And then you need to make sure you drive it at or slightly slower than the lobby time you send it to you for example if the car is set to a 12.0 dyno you don't want to ever go faster than 12.0 or if the car is set to like 11.8 you're still going to want to run to about 12.0 to get it to stay in the 12.0 lobby so sometimes you might have to slow down or whatever but the main goal is if you can get double the evil points as performance points on low upgrades the car usually does okay if you can get triple or more it usually does crazy good
@@Danny-Lightning-CSR I managed to get 2958 evo on the Venom F5 with 653 pp. Thats 4.5 time the pp of the car
How does downtuning works? That ssc smoked you
Great video man! Thank you very much. Your videos have been helping me a lot
how can a car be 3, 4 or even more seconds faster than all the cars in a lobby? It was a 7 second car in the 10 seconds lobby . How is this even possible?
Tuning for live racing is really crazy those low performance point high Evo set up sometimes trick the game into thinking the car is going to be a lot slower than it is or some people find some crazy ways to down to the car which is something only some cars can do, or if you go into the supermax lobby they put the 7.6 cars I think it is and everything faster together in the supermax lobby so I think 7.8 is where the normal lobby start and then every 2/10 of a second there's a new lobby but it's like 6.5 to 7.6 I believe I'll get lumped together which is dumb so a lot of people don't do a lot of live racing with the really fast cars unless they're trying to trade winds with somebody cuz that's super Mex lobby is weird but there's just so many variables in ways to set up cars and tune cars and then the game just goes by where it thinks you're supposed to be which isn't always right so some cars will get huge advantages if you know what you're doing with them I mean some people will spend 68 10 hours tuning one car to make it beat everybody up so there's a lot of craziness, good news is not all cars have those crazy game tricking setups but some do and unfortunately there are some people out there that take advantage of those
it helpful❤
Those Tuatara will actually beat dyno by over 20 seconds.
If you know how to tune them you can definitely beat the dyno like crazy with those things cover I don't really like to advertise that too much cuz some people abuse that and rub noobs out of a lot of game cash lol
@@Danny-Lightning-CSR LOL, I definitely agree and have been on the losing end of 200k.
To give you credit Danny, 9.10 is one of your tunes.
I play crs2 too on my cell phone
Most of us do is this is a phone only game and the only way to work around that is to download something that allows you to play Android apps on your PC which is more buggy and more problematic than just playing on your phone unless your phone sucks LOL generally I play on my phone if I'm not making UA-cam videos
Hi danny
So racing bots is bad? I have been racing every bot i could find because it was easy wins but i didn't know about this type of tuning. Thanks Mr lightning.
When you raise a butt you get half of the respect points and half of the resources but it's a guaranteed win so let's just say you race a full tank of gas and only erase the bots then will You just won't ever race and you probably ran that 10 pips of gas in like 6 minutes so it's not really a bad thing to raise bots but some people don't like it. Personally if I go into a lobby for them I'll say okay that's easy and I'll just run a tank of gas out real quick and collect the points
how much money have you spent on this game danny
Not very much, I have my personal account and then I have another account I can use for making shift pattern videos but I don't play on that one, on my personal account I've probably spent about 60 bucks a year over the last six or seven years so not a lot, if you play for a while and your patient you'll get all kinds of nice stuff but it's a slow process
My game keeps saying user off-line
All right so either you were losing connection to the servers which would be a problem on their end or your Wi-Fi is having a bad connection or something like that, normally it's one of those two types of things when you start going offline like that. I can't really tell you what the problem is for sure but just probably one of those things
