Perfect Fall Fly Fishing: Camping deep in the mountains of Idaho // Ep. 2

On day 2 we drove deep into the alpine mountains with hope of Bull trout. Though we didn't find any, we did get to refine our hopper dropper game and get big cutts on foam dry flies. It was my favorite day of fishing, ever!

Loved watching the dry fly takes. Idaho is so very different from our mostly rainbow fisheries here in NorCal. The gin clear water and eager Cutthroat trout were fun to watch. Glad you had a good time. And happy to have you as my go to fly tier!
