Thanks. Arc isn't best choice on this build, since Spell Echo makes you locked in place while casting. It's cool when carpet-bombing everything with GMP Ball Lightnings, but Arc often have nothing alive left to chain from after 1st cast. And single target on Ball Lightning in much higher due to its mechanics - 1 cast, multiple hits. If you need alternative clearing skill for some content i strongly advise trying Blade Vortex. I have BV-Archmage-Efficacy-Inc AoE-Unleash-Empower on weapon switch socketed in random 6l staff. I use it for Delve and farming Breachstones (especially the latter, it's crazy lucrative to farm Maven's Writs, made about 200 ex this league from Breachstones alone).
This build utilizes 'Agnostic' Keystone, meaning that I constantly sacrifice 20% of maximum mana to regen that much life. Since I have 11,5k mana and 3,2k life, it allows me to gain massive regen that outweight Righteous Fire degen.
