It still baffles me how you don't have millions of subscribers. I know its never about the numbers but I feel like your messages are always so relevant and always useful. You make it easy to learn and even easier to want to help myself progress. When you struggle with anxiety and depression, videos like these always help me see that glint of light, the exact glint I need to get through to myself and get my next task done. First I just want to say that i am so grateful for coming across your videos earlier this year, you have been such an inspiration to me and I am really looking forward to see what 2020 brings for you Rowena.
For myself I have found that I have changed a lot over the last few months. I have struggled through some stuff and come out he other side feeling stronger and determined and excited for 2020. There are things I’m doing for myself now that if I had told myself at the beginning of year that I would be doing (such as getting up at 4am in the week to go for a workout before going to work) I wouldn’t have believed it. Looking back on these changes is such a huge motivation for me to keep pushing forward and make even more changes for next year.
