Hello. Great question. I had a discussion with people at Ellington for the same. They have hired a professional organization that specializes in acoustics. The developer has assured everyone that they will use the best sound proof walls and glasses to make sure road noise is not an issue for the residents.
As per them as of today the professionals have already started their studies for the same. I love this developer. Accountability is a beautiful trait to have.
