Well, I partially agree with your point. I stayed in a hotel apartment for a year and then moved to my own rental apartment last year. Hotel apartments are very small compared to regular apartments, creating space issues. They are a fantastic option for bachelors but not for families. Initially, setting up everything will take a toll on your budget, but from the second year onward, your costs go down. Security deposits are refundable. Maintenance costs are zero if you rent from companies like Al Ghurair or Wasl. Agency fees are also zero if you choose these companies.
When you say Hotel Apartment, I think it’s something like the Armani Residences which is located close to the Armani Hotel within Burj Khalifa. Another example is the St. Regis Residences which is close to the St. Regis Hotel in downtown. I think it is not fair to compare a Hotel Apartment with a Regular Apartment as the former provides a much more luxurious living experience with much more amenities and services onsite.
No way a 2bhk hotel apartment cheaper than a rented 2bhk. When you move into rented although you are paying for utilities and furniture, but that is lesser than what you will pay in comparison. Also, there are many options to choose from when you'll rent. Hotel app is no way a good long term plan.
Please share the pricing and details about all the hotel apartment options out there. How they look and facilities as well in video. What will be the price for like 1 RK,1BHK for someone coming alone to Dubai.
You should download “dubizzle”. You will find all the hotel options in Dubai on this app. Regarding the cost, it will fluctuate with season. Right now, tourist season is dying because of weather, so you will find better rates till July. So the idea is to lock 6 months rate by the end of June to have a cheaper rate.
Multiple factors have been clearly avoided in this video 1. Are you alone or with family. For getting family visa one needs ejari(rental agreement) 2. How luxurious you want to leave. Areas like JLT, JVC (Upscale) 2 BHK will cost around 125k per annum. Areas like Qusais, Al Nahda, international city you might get up to 60 k. Where as a hotel appartment with 1bhk room will cost 1000 to 1500 per month. At the end of the day it all depends on one's needs
@@kasimshaikh3750yes there are illegal ways to obtain ejari. But that's illegal and as always that is a risk of getting deported. Would you take that risk
Have a look at Mercure in Dubai Internet City. Oaks Liwa Heights in JLT. These will be on higher side. For more affordable range, browse Dubizzle app in Business Bay area
@@MRATEDProductions It depends where you work. 35 minutes to Motor City. 45 to the airport. Dubai Hills Mall about 35 minutes. 20 mins to Town Square. The roads have light traffic for the first 20 minutes, then once you get to Arabian Ranches and Studio City it gets busy. But you do feel like you have escaped to your private oasis.

Try Mercure
Very very nice analysis. Hotel apartments are so underrated
Agreed 100%
Bro, can you do the video for 1 BHK with hotel comparision?
I have one question: When we give the address of the Hotel Appartment, then is it considered as a valid proof for opening a Bank a/c?
While staying in hotel if the person plan to go home in holiday, unnecessary he has to carry everything which he not need to take home

Best advice ever.
Thankyou so much 😇
you forgot the fact that you have to pay tourism tax on the first 30 days of your stay
Yes i always prefere Hotal appartment. Very convenient ,From housekeeping to electrician, plumber, any other help always available there .
Agreed
How about for 90k AED 2 bedroom units in JVC for example, the bedroom unit you mentioned at 125k seems exceptionally high.
90k AED for 2BHK is very reasonable.
But do check if the building is not so far away, which will justify the lower rent
Can you please tell me where do you live and what is the rent?
what about incomes in Dubai????
I stay at the Premier Inn.. It's great.
Hi I was looking at that place in Barsha heights but was $15k/m is there a lower cost one somewhere ?
You can look at Oaks Liwa Heights in JLT. It’s 13.5k for 2BHK.
If you want to lower the budget, look at hotel apartments in Business Bay area.
@@nappingnomads DIP or Al Jaddaf premier inn is 1k USD per month
How much do you pay for the Premier Inn and which one? Also do they do yearly and monthly stays?
What do you do when it's new year time and they bump up their rates so much
Any recommendations for good cheap hotels apartments? I cant find ones under 7k per month
The holiday season is coming now. Hotel apartments will now become more expensive again.
@@MRATEDProductions yeah that's what i hate about hotels in Dubai.. their prices move up and down like stocks
Can you recommend some good place for less than 100k AED?
Hi. Have you tried dubizle app ? It will give you all the available hotel apartment options. I recommend you try Barsha & Business Bay area.
@@MRATEDProductions Thank you, i got the Dubizzle app but it doesnt have an option for hotel apartments?
How to find a hotel apartment?
They are all listed on Dubizzle app
I do not agree. Renting your own apartment is always cheaper!
Have you accounted for all the expenses ?
Security, Agent fees, Utilities & Furnishing ?
@@MRATEDProductions hotel apartments charge way too much
You need to lock rates with the hotel in off peak season for longer duration.
Great analysis! Concise & pragmatic.
Thanks for the appreciation
I live in DH2. Three bedroom townhouse with single row opposite the pool. 5750aed per month. I can’t afford to live in your hotel.
Isnt Damac Hills 2 too far away ?

Renting own apartment will be 30-40% cheaper any day.
You need to pay in 2-4 cheques.
Even Airbnb apartments are cheaper 😊
Good to know! I would love to hear detailed thoughts from you on this.

You are not telling the truth.
