The best method I find is to use tapu koko and teach him false swipe and thunder wave (DO NOT TEACH OVER NATURE’S MADNESS!!!). After you get into the battle use thunder wave and 4 X attacks so that you can get the opposing Pokémon down to one hp in one hit with false swipe. I caught Tapu Bulu, Kyogre and Giratina on my first ultra ball using this method.
Tapu lele truly was guilessly cruel when I fought it.... it brought deicidueye down to 1 hp before I switched over to nihilego, who had the type advantage.
Hardest one for me was Tapu Bulu. It took me 10 ultra balls even with it at 1 HP and paralyzed. It was worth it though cuz I got an Adamant Nature for it :)
HA funny story will I was catching tapu bulu at the time, I was saved at the entrance and when I knocked him out I exited out of my game and back in so he would still be there, anyways I caught Bulu FINALLY I was so excited and I was like now I’m on my way to catch the other tapus, and THATS when Bulu was registered when I saw that I have already caught tapu Koko and was like......WHAT!!!!! XOXOOXOXXOIXOX that gave me an amazing shock xooxoxoxo

tapu fini all i used was lapras water absorb with an ice atk and dive balls got it after likr 30 or 40 not sure how many balls i threw at it but it couldnt really hurt my lapras so that helped

Taping finee is supposed to be the most difficult one to capture but it took 4 ultra balls and I caught it
So basically just get its health down some and then chuck 15-25 ultra balls at it.

Tapu Fini wasn't hard. I caught her first try with an ultra ball by using false swipe with Hawlucha. And sending her to sleep by using Uxie.
