Yes it is possible but there is a 12 month cooling off period and the employer should be willing to let you work outside Uk for that period. I had explained in detail in my tier 2 visa video. See description for link

You can't enter the country until the date of your visa / entry clearance regardless of the sponsor date. In tier 1 for e.g. you can get tier 1 approval 2-3 months prior to the visa or entry clearance. But till you get entry clearance you can't come into the country. Please check with an immigration lawyer for alternatives.

UK NARIC is not needed for dependents Mangai. English language proficiency is not needed at this time for Dependents. If and When you decide to work , your employer might ask for it. So best to get a medium of instruction certificate now for both.

You can check in the Uk NARIC website. My initial thoughts are they won’t consider diploma . But being a pharma it may be considered. Might be easier to write IELTS in that case? It is not difficult from my understanding. Will make a video on that soon

Kavin, most people have asked such questions. You need work experience locally before attempting to find work abroad. For e.g most people who have come here have worked for at least 4 to 5 years before trying for a job in Uk . So you need to look at local jobs first .
