i noticed in the Blog you used a 4 core wired handle board , does the firmware work on 4 and 5 cored STM32 Ksger ? the quick has a STM32 model too now so wonder if it will work on that too.
Hello! I bought an KSGER T12 station and i would like to convert it to JBC would it be possible with mine ? on versions it sais HW 2.00 and SW 2.09. Many thanks !
Yea but you'd have to modify it a bit since the display size is different also I think the v3 uses a newer crystal chip so you might have to work around that as well
"Piece of cake" for someone who has done this before , not so much for first timer. With the lack of dialogue , explanation and BLUR SCREEN it is not a good way to try to flash anything and risk ending with a brick!
hes portuguese as i am know by the name not all portuguese are lucky enought to speak 2 languages and its already good enough he shows it is possible. google tell you the rest
Hola Jose, Can you write instructions on how to compile ELF and BIN in your readme.md file on github, I tried this tutorial but I only managed to get as far as installing the build tools. blog.podkalicki.com/how-to-compile-and-burn-the-code-to-stm32-chip-on-linux-ubuntu/ Thanks
The eclipse project files are included with the source available on gitHub so it should just be a matter of installing "System Workbench for STM32" from ST site, opening the project and "clicking the hammer". I'll give a shout on eevblog so we can move the discussion there.
putting in new firmware or the same fixes the problem of the tips getting red hot. and finally from where did you download the iron_jbc-bin file
I need cable schematic modified ksger to ibc
Will the JBC firmware work with a v3.1s KSGER T12?
It's nice there's a firmware update for our T12 soldering workstation with firmware 2 something:-)

I got the ksger t12 3.1... Is it possible to flash the 2.1 firmware? I want the old screen layout 😰

@@User_1795 I read that the 3.1 originally had both layouts and then they removed the good layout in a new revision...I hope I can work around that 😰
So easy, thank you!!!
Muchas gracias!
