Well Bonnie and Foxy each have one arm, with Foxy's other arm being his hook. Chica and Freddy don't need their arms since they can bite and peck you.

Freddy can still take you with his arms.
Ignited bonnie gets you to the ground with his punch and then knocks you out
Chica is extremely fast you’ll die before seing her coming.
Foxy stabs you with his hook.
