【Okinawa Travel】Course Dinner at Hotel Nikko Alivila/Yachimun Marche

For dinner on the third day of our trip to Okinawa, we made a reservation at the "Verdemar" restaurant in Hotel Nikko Alivila, and this time we had the "Yachimun Marche" course meal (11,500 yen).
We enjoyed a delicious meal that started with lovely tapas and pintxos, followed by fish and meat dishes.
The course menu this time was a creative dish using Okinawan ingredients, with not one, but two or three items on each menu, which was exciting and pleasing to the eye, but the portions were a bit large, so I thought some of the elderly might not be able to finish it.
We were also quite full. The amount of dessert was especially large, and it was a bit tough for men like me who do not like sweets....
For those who are older or have a spicy tooth, it might be better to choose from the set menu or the a la carte menu.
The flavors were all outstanding and the course was very satisfying.
The food as well as the Okinawan pottery "Yachimun" were also wonderful.
