do the houses come with the furniture?
Sometimes when they sell the models. But it is usually after they sell out of the community lots. This one is not for sale, its just a model of a home you can build. But the interior designers do a great job. I bought a model from this same builder in 2018 and was able to get the furniture and decor, and sold the furniture I had in my old home. If you are interested in a model home let me know and I can let you know when one comes available.
how much would a model home like this one cost ? we are looking to relocating to florida in a year or two and window shopping for now
How would you enter the Garage with a Car
Hi Mia, this is a model home so they have it set up with sidewalks to the other model homes. As soon as the community sells out they will convert that into a driveway for the garage ;)
How is there a garage and there’s no driveway 😂😂
Hi Desiree, this is a very common question people have. This is what they do in new home communities with their model homes. They landscape around the garage to make it look more beautiful, but when they sell the home once the community is finished they remove the landscaping in front of the garage and put a driveway in.
