This was funny to watch, I love BTS and their art. Don't compare them to BP, BTS does their own music and they have real numbers when it comes to people actually listening to their songs, BP isn't as big as BTS, not even close in any way besides MV's views. If I wanna talk about achievements, UA-cam views alone is not enough.
I need to see album sales, number one on charts be it in S. Korea or Billboards hot 100, number of awards, sold out stadiums (stadiums, not arenas). Also how much involvements are the members in their album making, how many songs do they write themselves, how many songs do they write for other artist, how many songs do they produce for themselves or other artists...well things that show their musical talent rather than just singers.
Other than music, what else?...oh ya...giving speech at the UN or invited to the White House maybe?...just saying.
Actually, I don't think it's fair to compare between BTS and BP. BTS has been fully active and involved with their music making since 2013 with +-300 songs covering multiple genres and topics. Even they are taking breaks as a group now until 2025 due to military service, they still release solo works.

Yes, there are 7 BTS men, and although many fans like one or more of them as a bias, most ARMYs like all 7, each for their own special talents and abilities. Please try not to be so ethnocentric, only liking it if it’s English. Turn on the captions for English subtitles because their lyrics are amazing. They have the advantage of rhyming using several languages: Korean, Japanese, English, etc. their lyrics are multilingual.

Bts is the most streamed korean artist , and also most streamed group on Spotify ever. They do sold out stadium tours.

If they were as popular and in demand then the company would be pushing them out to do more stuff instead. Their in demand number are not lining up with their "popularity" then the company won't push them out. If a group is out selling, why hold them on break for 2 years and put out only 5ish songs..? American artist put out whole albums with roughly 12/15 songs in that span of time. Other kpop artist put out albums/solos in that span of time. If they are really being held back then they need to leave their company and get into a company that will push them to do more music but that is up to whomever is holding them back

I was watching him closely during his "reaction", and I couldn't help noticing the sneaky glances he was giving the camera. If there was a person there, instead of the camera, I would say he was constantly checking to gauge their reaction to his comments. As their was no person, I think he was doing it subconsciously. Which tells me two things:
1) He was deliberately being rude, ignorant, and disrespectful (though ignorant may come naturally *sorry*). I suspect he was trying to draw viewers in by reacting to Jimin, and BTS, then create hype with his comments. Blackpink you said have many viewers or whatnot but they are far behind in awards .These girls came from a better background (average /more than average living) and came from the big 3 companies in South Korea. While the boys and their company had to find ways for the boys to be trained properly.They are not even invited on t.v shows that's why the company made a youtube account for the boys to be seen and engage with their few fans in 2013.Their company even had their own shows just to showcase them. You should start by learning 1st who these boys are and their company. There is a guide here in YT. They were the ones who paved the way for other groups male or female to be known globally.
