Relating to the templars and other early settlements from the q600's furiers that were here after the vikings,( circa 1000 yrs ago), but before Columbus. What I find interesting is just south of oak island is a patch of islands that make the shape of a person! I'd imagine back when what ever happened on oak island the water level was much lower. Also oak island makes a cute little elephant!
The "Stone Triangle" on the south shore of the money pit , appears to be the outline of a "sextant" Outlined with stones .. Like a sextant , it has a triangular top , a radius at the bottom and a "degree indicator arm" connected to the top apex of the Stone Sextant , and running all the way down to the radius at the bottom of the stone sextant to indicate a specific degree... One of the Golden Rules of Geometry ; "Each side of an Equilateral Triangle (large or small) has a 'Arc Length' of 120 degrees" ...this can be proven by drawing a complete circle (360 degrees) around an equilateral triangle , touching all three points of the triangle, creating three equal segments of the circle, each side of the equilateral triangle is equal to 1/3 of a circle, which means that each side of the triangle has an arc length of 120 degrees... The radius at the bottom of the stone triangle equals 120 degrees ... The degree arm of the stone sextant ,(the inner line of stones) points to a specific degree on the bottom radius of the stone sextant , @ 7 degrees left of center ...the radius is read right to left (clockwise) the degree range of the bottom radius are 0 (zero) to 120 degrees, the center of the bottom radius is 60 degrees...7 degrees left of center would be pinpointing 67 degrees ...
From memory which could easily be wrong, isn't that the area they call Aladin's Cave? I think they are wasting their time if so. Up by the garden shaft by the "Baby Blob", and where they took out the memorial garden is the spot. Of course they might still dig there this year. This is excellent footage, thank you,
This is the "actual" original Money Pit location. 55 feet SW of the Garden Shaft. If you go to 3:15 in the video you can see their Stone Triangle recreation is pointing DIRECTLY at the Money Pit. Also, last season Scott Barlow said he wanted to put one caisson down in the original Money Pit where the Muon detectors found an anomaly deep at like 240+ feet and Marty agreed. I believe that is the Chappell vault which contains no treasure but is a concrete pressure containment vessel for the Money Pit Booby Trap. During that season Doug Crowell is also heard saying, this area is the closest location of where they believe the Money Pit is and Marty Lagina is shown nodding his head. Aladdin's cave is nearly due south of the Garden Shaft. It was painted out earlier before the caissons arrived. I suspect they go next to Aladdin's cave if they don't find the concrete pressure vault. However, they drilled this area for the last month and they actually left the pipe in the ground as the caissons arrived so I really hold out hope they may have finally found it.
@@michaelbarber5651 Thanks for the correction. The Money Pit isn't lost, despite the claims of the show. You can watch it on that video posted here from the 50's, and the sump next to it. I find it hard to believe they didn't know, but had reason to dig elsewhere.

No idea, but they could be doing multiple drops. I would be surprised if they brought that Crane in to do just one hole...unless they know something we don't and have been able to keep a secret.

I live about a 20 minute drive from Oak Island. That place is such a joke among the locals. Nothing has ever been found there and nothing ever will.
