    I love that you didn't ramble on for 15 minutes at the top of the video, like so many natural hair YTubers do... talking about things that nobody came to hear. You got right down to business, & did an excellent job of FULLY explaining how to do the flat twists. Thank you for that! Also, your makeup looks great. Love the lip color! :-)

    I used to achieve this lovely curly afro look when I was in my 20's back in the 70's using pink setting lotion, hair jell and Begamount hair grease with soft pink sponge rollers using end papers to keep my 4C kinky hair smooth and prevent frizz. Old school works me. Thanks for posting.

    Thanks for this video! I'm a single dad and my daughter is 13. I do her hair usually, occasionaly I'll take her to the salon. This video is THE FIRST ONE I've seen that (I've watched many) that FINALLY explains the flat twist!! People keep telling me to "grab more hair". Trust, that does not make sense. If I'm holding two sections, telling me to "grab" hair just does not make sense.
    Anyway, thank you thank you thank you!!! I get it now.

    Really pretty! As a 4C natural it was good to see , I probably would've ran little oil through my hair after taking the rods out just to keep my hair and scalp moisturized , but it looks great girl 😍😍

    Every time i watch people do flat twist they make it look so easy. And I know I know I need to practice but sometimes i get so depressed like what if i never figure it out. I dont want to take a class because i could just learn online for free. I just dont really know what to do.

    Thank you. Close ups and slow explaining wonderful. Also showing products used slowly and visually keeping on camera long enough to view. Only complaint is a personal one for shiner hair. Olive oil is wonderful. It also helps to define the curl with using other products.🖒👌
