I'm a big fan of Grand Seiko's quartz movements, and this is a beautiful one. It seems that GS saves its best dials and bracelets for their mechanical and spring drive watches, so it's great to see the snowflake dial and titanium bracelet paired with the 9F. I'm definitely tempted to take a closer look!
@@1000lightyrs I wouldn't say I'm shocked as Ti and a nicer dial are going to demand a premium, but by percentage compared to the 261/263 I see your point. On the flip side, you could also argue you are getting a "deal" if compared to the steel SBGX353 on a strap for the same money.

Thanks for this review. I‘m watching, because I am currently planning to buy this model.
Really hoping for a shunbun dial similar to this one though
Maaan I love your videos… such good presentation
Glad you like them! Thanks for viewing.
The price was a shock i expected it to be a grand less than it is.
Have to say, I'm also shocked. Over 70% more than the SBGX261/63 steel versions, I wouldn't expect it to be that much more.

@@brentmillertime8778 Do you get any GS Quartz, with black dial, NOT Ti? If so what are those price points?
