Thanks for all great videos, really inspiering. I’ve been training on and of my whole life - like pushups, dips, chinups etc but I really struggle with stifness and injuries. You present a lot of videos both strength, mobility and movement. Where among all these videos do I start? I”d like to work on all three typs of areas.

Jeff Cavalier among many says sissy squats are bad for knees...
Well....I had patellar tendonitis for 3 years on and off...I've been doing sissy squats for 3 months and my knees feel AMAZING...no pain at all...
I'm not saying he is wrong...but TRY stuff out for you before you end up in a conclusion.

@@flowerswerewarpaint646 start with low impact exercise like cycling or close feet squats (without pain). Slowly build up to these type of moves and gradually start bodyweight sissy squats. If it pains dont do it.

I believe Jeffs point is that you should not do (weighted) sissy squats in the range of 6-10 reps with the goal of growing your quads. Doing controlled sissy suats for rehab purposes is different. You are right though! Not all advise applies to everyone.

Just started working out, my knees are clapping out. Ive just been following your beginner routine which is working great but the floor exercises on hands and knees is smashing my knees. Shoulders feel great as i have had blankart surgery on both so are weak as. Core is tightening. And i have found my butt muscles. Im tall and slim build all my life and used to be very fit before a heart issue and change of life slowed me down, at 43yrs its about time i strengthened myself up again before anymore injuries. Cheers for you video's, much appreciate the time put into them. On the plus side my 6yr son copies the workouts when i do them so is set up for good muscle control. Thanks.

"I wish someone would have just smacked me in the face and said hey learn the basics before you go out there and start trying to be a super hero." I just have to say SAME. I ended up getting an injury as a result of that and it's taken me a while to get back to the level I was able to perform at before, and trurfhully I am still not all the way there, but through foundational exercises it has helped a LOT. You really don't hear a lot about all the little tiny stabilizer muscles that don't get used during traditional movements, so THANK YOU for what you are doing. It has helped me. It means a lot.

But these bulging discs in the back have a mind of there own and plus arthritis took my left hip in 2018 but I recovered quick after surgery but i still can run and dance and do some squat stuff but I have bursitis in my right knee everynow and then.
