- The P6 Pasta Extruder by La Monferrina is a commercial pasta machine capable of producing 30-40lbs per hour of fresh pasta. An optional Multi-Pasta attachment allows the P6 to produce cut pastas, ravioli, and gnocchi. Alex demonstrates how to setup, operate, produce pasta, and clean up the P6.

Nice product. I have a similar machine, a smaller one but works in the same way. For the flavour/liquid you have to follow the producer instruction. My machine works with a ratio of 1 kg of flavour and 400 g of liquid (water, eggs, or both). The right ratio gives the best results.

What are the connectors on the extruder collar for?
