great video, was curious as to how pasta was made and figured it was a small extruder. Interesting how you utilize vacuum in this process. Since your barrel doesn't seem to be heated, whatever temperature the barrel is at normal operating temperature is when you torque those bolts. If that happens to be room temperature then torque sequence is not that important.
ps. that is NOT how you use a torque wrench, if the torque spec matters you wanna hit that click slowly
