Alot of the words are made up. Burgess was like the shakesphere or how ever that trendy fuck is spelled. He literally invented his own slang language to represent what he imagined low life thugs would talk and act like as society deteriorated.

Early copies of the book had a "glossary"/index in the back of it that roughly translated the "nadsat" words that appear throughout the book.
There’s no way the entire novel is just under one hour. Wow!
