Hi I’ve all of a sudden started having little anxiety attacks and I am thinking of what happened previously and then on the following day, i will feel the same again and this makes me panic and anxious . I have a rush of fear come over me and pressure on my head and jaw goes stiff I try and not think about it but it feels uncontrollable… can u help me please ,

Great video however when I’m alone and quiet it makes my anxiety and overthinking worse. Staying active and keeping the mind busy is my best chance of calming me down

I've developed anxiety from overthinking recently. I don't even get anxious about traditional things like socially or anything like that. I get anxious of getting lost in my own thoughts. It's horrible, but this vid was very useful

Many people will drift away from anxiety if they focus on things that really grabs their attention for a long time. It shouldn't be a super hard activity, like reading a book, having your "me-time" on a bathtub, showering with hot water, or even playing video games that don't stress you (Vs A.I. or custom matches, for example). I usually take my thoughts to court and if I find them untrue I sentence them..lol.. but I’m forgetful so.. my best advice is don’t beat ur kids, don’t use food to manipulate them, don’t neglect them. The foundation of a child matters.

The reason why I keep over thinking is because I thought it would be good for my mind. I just don't know when I should just let it go or continue thinking for my own mental health. Getting the jab has been hard for me because I get relatives telling me horror stories. I live alone with pets and am the only one responsible for them. So...I am a worry wart and I bet there are lots of ppl like me. I'm going to get jabber now..no time to write a will tho.

For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep inhalation-exhalation needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. I've always overthink everything in my life! I hate overthinking because it has ruined my relationship with friends and girlfriends I had .it ruined my relationship with my ex that we have been talking for a long time but due to my overthinking it ruined it I also have social anxiety witch sucks I have a little amount of friends because I overthink I can never make friends or keep a relationship or I was never good enough to anyone hopefully this helps!

I'm not saying this is a reason to send a inappropriate message to someone. But it might not be as bad as the worry. Like some people probabbly wouldn't even tell the police like they might worry about. They might just report it to Facebook and some people might not even do that. Some people might just turn a blind eye
Getting the jab has been hard for me because I get relatives telling me horror stories. I live alone with pets and am the only one responsible for them. So...I am a worry wart and I bet there are lots of ppl like me. I'm going to get jabber now..no time to write a will tho.
