I'm not trying to start a comment war about Samsung/Android vs iPhone, but this update gives me a feeling that they got the inspiration from IOS. The "dynamic island" phone call, how it retracts to the little blob on the top left. The 2 buttons at the bottom of the screen became the round flat icons, instead of their old style with the cool icons. The "control centre" is opened by swiping down from the top right. Not to mention that the previous major IOS brought this customisable lock-screen trend. After all I like it. It is a handy design, and if this is what it works best for most users it's not bad to "copy" each other (like IOS just finally let people put their icons wherever they want). Maybe it is going to be easier for anyone to switch from one OS to the other. Great take Samsung!
