I just switched from the iphone 8plus to the S25 ultra and its my first ever smart phone that isn't made by apple. Its been a great phone so far. The screen is HUGE, the camera is amazing, and the screen quality looks great. I'm also having fun with all the features it has that iphones don't have. I didn't think I'd like something that wasn't an iPhone but so far I'm really happy with it. Idk if i would want something thinner like the edge. I feel like it would be too fragile and i don't mind the size or weight of the ultra anyways. My only complaint is that the os seems "messier" vs ios if that makes any sense. Iphone is really straightforward and easy to use. There's a lot of things I'm still trying to get used to and figure out with my new phone.

So... are you trying to say that, a couple of guys worldwide had issues (fell off, sat down on it, etc) and suddenly Samsung had a QC issue? Whoever buys the first units always have more chances of having issues (every kind of machine) and unless a mass issue is known (S20U screen issues. I have one with that and Samsung denied repair as it occurred after the warranty, though very common and known. They also want just for the screen almost 300€ and the complete device has a much lower value these days (i could buy a S20U in excellent conditions, second hand, for 230...). But i must say i barely have any issues with Samsung phones besides that, being the other ones "shaky" lenses on the periscope camera that were replaced under the warranty, no questions asked.
