Kizer Mini Sheepdog with 10V Blade Steel, Natural Micarta Scales & Liner Lock - BladeHQ Exclusive

The Kizer Sheepdog is a pocket-size foldable mini-cleaver. My specific Sheepdog knife is a BladeHQ exclusive model that comes with 10V blade steel, natural canvas micarta handle scales, and a liner lock construction.
This Mini Sheepdog also has an opening hole, a deep carry pocket clip, and full blacked out hardware. A great idea, but very poor quality from Kizer Knives.

The button lock and crossbar locks are good, but I bought micarta mini and the liner lock barely engages. I'm returning it, but the button lock mini, and crossbar are the best knives I've had. The copper Towser K is really nice too and it's liner lock engages solidly.

Any chance you could take it apart to show where the problem with the stop pin lies? I am curious as to whether it's a design flaw as I've gone down the rabbit-hole of folding knife construction 😂
