Why such crazy apertures? F/25, seriously? F/9 mostly... Any lens is good below F/8. How is the performance wide open?

I've shot humming birds for years and have never seen wings frozen at 1/160. U cannot freeze hummingbirds wings even at 1/2000. Unless they were shooting a 8k video and froze a video frame I think they made a typo and these shots are not at f25 and 1/160

Can you guys make a bright 14mm lens so I can crop it 2X to reach 28mm for ultrawide and everyday use and to pair with this 50-400? Send me one if you guys make it!
