WHAT AN EPISODE🥹 I appreciate that uSis’Talitha didn’t go the negative route on her Mom vs Daughter “war”, because that’s all we know.. it’ll be like “The mom is jealous of the child” in which, that’s not the case ALL THE TIME.😔🥹 Then the message to Mom at the end… I cried😭😭😭😫❤️
Ni-wholesome mani yazi! Part of the genius of your podcast is that it is literally an extension of your genuine reflections. That's why you'll sometimes get to the 45th minute nibe ningekangeni koyena mxholo of the episode and mna iyandixoza loowey😂😂 Sebenzile MamTshawe otherwise man❤
Saze *santywizisa* bethuna ngoDezemba. What an awesome tribute to MamTshawe and all the moms of the world. I must now tell my son what I always say, that "Mama uyandithanda?" line is not unique to him and inawo amaqhingana 😂😂😂. Loved this episode but then again I say that everytime🫣. Big ups guys hope you are close to taking those well deserved breaks. Cant wait to see MamTshawe episode also.
A mother’s role to her daughter is to prepare her for womanhood, which isn’t an easy thing. A father cannot fully teach a daughter how to become a woman by virtue of having never experienced the world as a woman (and visa versa, which is why you sometimes see the same dynamic with a father and son - when a father teaches a boy to be a man, its not always nice or easy). A father teaches a daughter how to relate with men (again visa versa), so the relationship is about love, communication, reciprocation, etc… My 2cents.
Eish! Guys you got me emotional when you talking about Sis Wendy. She is a lady with a BIG heart. ❤️. U know ur still sharing her with me even today. I have stories to tell. Ofcoz she never tossed me ke noko. 😉.
Yho bethuna I don’t usually comment sana , ndintloni .. BUT I absolutely love it here .. kumnandi marn , kuyahlekwa and we also get to really dive deep and learn about so much . Kule episode nindifake straight kwi therapy chair and this was so good .. no marn ndinthandile ❤️
Oh man… thank you for stepping out of your comfort zone and sharing this beautiful comment with us 🫶🏾 those chairs are also totally therapy chairs for us … thank you for joining us on this incredible journey 🌸
Now I have to cry bcz of the ending of this episode 🥺oh Mamam bethuna RIP ke Sis ndakuthanda sana usaphila andizisoli nganto Love you guys you're blessed ninai❤
Ta Mzubhela had me in mind when he thought of this topic. Raising a girl child, I need all the reality talk I can get so that I can be aware of the little things that are normally ignored
Look. U Mrs Ndima, uMamtshawe responded to my comment kwi previous episode ndaqondba nguMamam ndedwa nam!! Caba uTalitha uve ezi giggles zam no Moms kwi comment section wa responda naye😂😂❤️❤️❤️Sis MaWesh, we love you guuuuurl❤️❤️❤️❤️Amazing episode guys!! As always!!!❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
The Xhosaness of “uJavu Javu” could be considered as “mid”... it’s not weak enough to disregard it but it’s also not strong enough to acknowledge 🤷🏾♀️
Javu-javu for me sounds like something that's underwhelming and not giving what it should. Like Thalitha said, I-tea e java-javu change itself, not strong enough
I think into elisikizi can also be something disgraceful- but in essence anything ebambisa amazinyo “cringe”, even though ke this doesn’t give the full weight of it
PS5 contribution for ibrother ye country🎉😂
Budas! Nantsi iContribution for le PS5😅

Ta Mzubhela had me in mind when he thought of this topic. Raising a girl child, I need all the reality talk I can get so that I can be aware of the little things that are normally ignored
The way Zuko asks for the PlayStation contribution is exactly how my brother ask me to buy for him stuff and it works all the time sana.

Hello Siblings! Interesting conversation, as always. May I ask why you don't celebrate Christmas?
T fo TANGO.😂 Moss code. I know it because of my previous experience in a call center. Comes in very handy.
Yeah… uJavu javu would be diluted/weak 👏🏽👏🏽
Love to hear it… 🙏🏾
Javujavu means bland as in lacking in flavour or lacking in interest wethu.
Got you 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Javu-javu for me sounds like something that's underwhelming and not giving what it should. Like Thalitha said, I-tea e java-javu change itself, not strong enough
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Talita is right, we did amasikizi
It would be so cool if you can include this word in the xhosaness of it all… “ xhakamfula”
Ohh and “ukuVungula”…😅
Mna bendithe to my siblings and cousins all of us that have boy children masingeneni umgalelo we PS5 😂😂😂😂
Kamaaaandi, nihambe njani?
@siblingthrivalry kuthwa ndiyathanda uphatha wara wara🤣🤣🤣kodwa zikhona iDms ecaleni
Here’s another Xhosa word siblings zethu🙃…. “Intsindabadala”
📝🫶🏾
One episode a week isn’t enough 😩
Yes I agree. We were raised on Generations and Days of our lives. We need that daily plus omnibus type of set up 😅
Love the podcast guys!
🥺🥺🥺 thank you so much 🫶🏾 that daily plus omnibus! 🕯️
I think into elisikizi can also be something disgraceful- but in essence anything ebambisa amazinyo “cringe”, even though ke this doesn’t give the full weight of it
mna ndicela ubuza kukuthini ukunkcumpaya ? umamam uyathanda xa enze igrocery then athi izinto zocleaner uzamane ezinkcumpaya aph'enyangeni 🤣
Thenga kancinci, I think
Is Amasikizi not "cringe" im English ?
4th vote for cringe! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Xhosaness of it all : when someone says *umuncu* (sp)
I thought javujavu means imuncu(sour)
Kutheni angathi amasikisi abu "anxiety" like?
Amasikizi would be something cringe
14:19 xa into ijaf-jaf sube istrongly diluted, umzekelo, iVitamin Water yiDrink-O-Pop ejaf-jaf, 🙆🏿♂️🤷🏾♂️.. amirite?
🤍🤍
Amasikizi is cringe
My problem was watching on Spotify, now I am working for isiqendu esilandelayo.
Xhosaness of it all:
1. Ihabiya
2. Uwaxa
love these words!
Ingoma emnandi iyaphindwa 😊🫶🏾 thank you for the words 📝🙏🏾
Awunay ne R2 ufuna uthengelwa😅😅😅
