It’s also a coincidence for the fact that both the first and second Disney sitcoms I mentioned that star Bridgit Mendler and Debby Ryan got crossovers with each other and in separate pairs (that is, Wizards of Waverley Place with Suite Life on Deck, as well as Hannah Montana, and then Good Luck, Charlie with Jessie), kind of like how for Nickelodeon, iCarly got a crossover with Victorious.

What if hugo is actually andy from according to jim due to the fact that they're both played by the same actor and Hugo is in the style of Andy. So I got to what if. What if Jim told andy to go undercover as a store manager and go by the name Hugo for some reason and one of Jim made a few cameos in this episode. First Cameo would be Jim giving him some advice for he goes undercover and on the episode Charlie did it when he takes gabe to the bathroom and while he's waiting for him jim showes up and tells him what are you doing with these people you're supposed to just go undercover and andy would say jim history plays a bunch of pranks on me just like Kyle, Ruby and Gracie do. Etc. The third cameo would be after the final fight with gabe, teddy and Charlie when Gabe putting mentos and soda bottles and it exploding all over him after they left the store Jim would show up and try to help Andy up and they would keep slipping and falling it would be hilarious and the soda explosions from the mentos would push them both back and it would be another comedic scene and jim would be all salty at Andy for messing it all up.
He can’t detain and i assume he can’t take pictures of someone’s baby or there would be amy’s wrath. As for the mistreatment many things are tolerated in the workspace that is unethical.
