It’s so sweet that you want us to rate the video honestly, thumbs up or down if we liked it or didn’t. Many UA-camrs only want that thumbs up. Haven’t tried your recipe yet but I definitely like your attitude 😊

I have made many of your recipes and each one have turned out exactly the way they should - that shows how precise your instructions are.
I made this for my 2.5 year old child and 90 year old great grandmother and both of them loved it! I usually do not comment on UA-cam, but this one is from the family - Your recipes rocks and this is the best hashbrown they've ever had.

I was waiting for the very end there, that break in half, showing the moist inside with the crispy outside. These are the best looking hash browns I have ever seen and I have a project for the weekend now.

My humble thanks to you for showing me the steps you take.
I appreciate hand made over bulk any day but I doubt I will ever cook these, I understand the steps but the reality is it’s too much effort for such a small yeald.
God bless you and yours xx

I tried to make hashbrowns a few times just by shredding them and mixing them with the flour and spice, but binding it together with a bit of water seems to be an amazing idea. Looking forward to trying it!

    Hi Chef,
Made a batch today... Followed your recipe but added oregano, shaping them seemed easier by hand rather than rolling & cutting into round shapes, so did the shape by hand and they came out nicely.
Putting the batch into the freezer now and will fry the for breakfast. Will update further after tasting.
    Thanks for the lovely recipe.

@@anamriaz8895 too salty tho. Dont put too much salt, 1 spoon is enough. and also I super regret adding garlic powder too, it smells weird.
We were told to add a little of water and press slowly, but the potato doesnt come together, so need to add a little more - require strong gut feeling for this LOL
The hardest part is cuting the hashbrown into shape, not as easy as how it looks.

Cool, dude has a thick but understandable accent, yet makes hash browns exactly how I picture them when order them in the restaurant, to drive home his point further he sets a ketchup packet with it. Americans love hash browns with ketsup, anywhere else not sure but I don't think so. Never heard of rice flour so I will get some and give this a try.

Great recipe. My mixer broke so I only used corn starch. Still works really well. A good idea is to trim your hash browns after freezing to ensure there's no edges that get burned.
Also. People. Make sure that you only rinse the hash _briefly_ since you want to stop the cooking process, not chill them to below room temperature.

Hm... Just discovered Hash Browns. This video is both encouraging and discouraging. The most detailed I've seen... and the longest. I thought it was something I could whip up in an hour or so... but overnight freezing, ha! Will still try it someday though. Thanks.
