It’s so sweet that you want us to rate the video honestly, thumbs up or down if we liked it or didn’t. Many UA-camrs only want that thumbs up. Haven’t tried your recipe yet but I definitely like your attitude 😊
I have made many of your recipes and each one have turned out exactly the way they should - that shows how precise your instructions are. I made this for my 2.5 year old child and 90 year old great grandmother and both of them loved it! I usually do not comment on UA-cam, but this one is from the family - Your recipes rocks and this is the best hashbrown they've ever had.
I was waiting for the very end there, that break in half, showing the moist inside with the crispy outside. These are the best looking hash browns I have ever seen and I have a project for the weekend now.
My humble thanks to you for showing me the steps you take. I appreciate hand made over bulk any day but I doubt I will ever cook these, I understand the steps but the reality is it’s too much effort for such a small yeald. God bless you and yours xx
I tried to make hashbrowns a few times just by shredding them and mixing them with the flour and spice, but binding it together with a bit of water seems to be an amazing idea. Looking forward to trying it!
Nobody....... like seriously nobody.........will say something like this that you just said in your video. I really appreciate it....!!!!! Hats off...!!! Please open not only 1 restaurant atleast in every city... we all need it...

Yayyy! Just finished putting these bad boys into the freezer😋 I'm excited to try them tomorrow! I used self raising flour because I didn't have either rice flour or corn flour, fingers crossed 🤞😁🌸 thank you for the recipe!
Wow, fantastic - this is surely the ultimate hash browns recipe, BRAVO! A great alternative to chips/fries, for adults and kids alike. I will be making these today just for myself, because I deserve them!
Hi Chef, Made a batch today... Followed your recipe but added oregano, shaping them seemed easier by hand rather than rolling & cutting into round shapes, so did the shape by hand and they came out nicely. Putting the batch into the freezer now and will fry the for breakfast. Will update further after tasting. Thanks for the lovely recipe.
You are the best cooking teacher on the net. Thorough, to the point, clear explanations, amazing menu, VEGETARIAN, professional presentations, no unnecessary talking. An uncle in my family was a wonderful chef and owned S. Indian veg restaurants in Calcutta. He would say that cooking is both science and art. You bring that out in your presentations. I am a HUGE fan! I have recommended your site to so many of my Indian and American friends. Start a restaurant, please!
Thanks for posting the delicious Hash Brown recipe, I'm a 3rd year medical university boy from Malaysia. I don't cook but now I have proficiency to cook some dishes by myself, thanks to you.
These look amazing and I don’t even eat hash browns but I would tear those up with some ketchup! Thanks so much for a great recipe, my fiancé would love if I made these.
This is awesome!! I love making breakfast sandwiches with hash browns, eggs, and meat; I love them like this but they only come frozen. This is a great recipe thank you
@@anamriaz8895 too salty tho. Dont put too much salt, 1 spoon is enough. and also I super regret adding garlic powder too, it smells weird. We were told to add a little of water and press slowly, but the potato doesnt come together, so need to add a little more - require strong gut feeling for this LOL The hardest part is cuting the hashbrown into shape, not as easy as how it looks.
Cool, dude has a thick but understandable accent, yet makes hash browns exactly how I picture them when order them in the restaurant, to drive home his point further he sets a ketchup packet with it. Americans love hash browns with ketsup, anywhere else not sure but I don't think so. Never heard of rice flour so I will get some and give this a try.
Great recipe. My mixer broke so I only used corn starch. Still works really well. A good idea is to trim your hash browns after freezing to ensure there's no edges that get burned. Also. People. Make sure that you only rinse the hash _briefly_ since you want to stop the cooking process, not chill them to below room temperature.
That's a lot of work? Okay. Make a bunch of them at once and leave most of them frozen, in serving-sized bags. Then when you want them all you have to do is fry them.
All of your recipes are just AWESOME. I learned to make spinach pakora and karhi from your channel. Keep up the great work. PLEASE DELETE AND BLOCK ALL THE NEGATIVE VIEWERS. You deserve only the best comments.

In the UK, we don't boil the potatoes, we grate them and then strain the water out with a cloth, as you have shown, while they are still raw, as they already contain a vast amount of water naturally
A little tip: •To add flavour add oregano and chili flakes otherwise it will taste flour. • Don't waste too much parchment paper just apply little bit oil on your hand and shape it. It is a tip if you don't want to use it you can skip The one he made were very tasty 😋
