Changing the color with HSL only works when the image has a hue to be shifted . What you want is to do is to colorize a black and white image. The easiest way to do that is the color blend mode similar to here ua-cam.com/video/qx7ZMaGQh40/v-deo.htmlsi=6AOAV2MqdzT0Bqy_
