Probably worth mentioning the Esperia Monthly can be bought multiple times. That's around 12,000 gems/mo. and you get 3000 of those gems on purchase. Not sure there's a limit on how many but I read 10. $50 for 120,000 gems (30,000 up front) beats anything in the store by a long mile.
true, but it pre-purchase, you are just adding days to the "subscription" so the benefit is more of the up front 30000 gems - you get 300 gems a day for 300 days, not 3000 a day for 30 (for clarification)
Tried to like it but split everyone up without mentioning we were on different servers. A few bought introductory packs, got to the point we could add friends and... we're all on different servers so can't play together. Checked for the fix and it's everyone starting fresh using an obscure setting and forfeit all purchases made so far. Everyone quit the game pretty much on the spot and from a small Web search I can see its quite a big problem. Oh well ! Back to wotv and cotc.
The server thing is REALLY weird. Probably my least favorite thing about the game, however having so many at least makes it semi-possible to compete because there are only so many MEGA Whales on each server.

You choose the server you start on. You pick any of them new or old, it’s not an obscure setting.
