Sadly you are right, for example, a pice of shit unknown wannabe rapper used one of these songs as a sample background music, and he just claimed he owned the song, this is a french kid who's videos don't reach 50 views and has 5 suscribers, yet somehow youtube automated-bullshit system GAVE HIM THE RIGHTS over a song that's NOT EVEN HIS, thus he can freely fuck me over, making it impossible to watch on mobile devices, effectively crippling the views and audience of my video... pointless to even keep uploading videos when stuff like this happen, i'll just take all my ideas, images, etc and pour them at local art galleries, this channel was never about gaining anything, just a way to express myself and i can't do that here, not anymore.
