Please just don't do anything that will take people who already suffer the I dignity of poverty and make them eat things for what ultimately is not entertainment. Your channel has always been about helping people. It's a medical fact that people who suffer from malnutrition can regurgitate food that they ate fast back up again later, possibly causing a choking hazard. One also doesn't know their medical history. Someone could possibly suffer from diabetes but won't say so in the hopes of actually getting that money. You're better than this.
You're an example of one of the issues of society when it comes to the poor... we don't see them as humans, capable of making their own decisions, but poor people who need us to determine what's best for them because we don't trust them to make their own choices JUST because they're down on their luck..
