For those that think you need a sizable booty, understand that it is all in the glutes. It’s pretty much having fun with glute exercises. I used to do this when I was a professional belly dancer. Yes, they do glute exercises to obtain sharp hip drops and shimmies. Same here: do glute exercises and you’ll be drumming in no time😉

You do not need a big booty for this, it really is all about the arch in the back ALSO this is a glute exercise so doing this exercise over and over again will grow the booty!

I’ve learned from my own experience that having a good amount of strength in the glutes matters WAY more than booty size. I’ve always had a ton of booty, but there was a time I had no glute strength, so I wouldn’t see any movement even when I flexed my glutes. I was only able to see this “jumping” effect when I flexed my glutes AFTER having built up my glute muscles in the gym for a few years. Perhaps this could help :)
