From heart - GOLD MEDAL
From mind-ROUND OF 32 😶
Will lose the very first match with these chicken legs.
Luck combined with hardwork can do anything. Dont underestimate.
If India's sports association start paying every sport as they do with cricketers, this is just a beginning
Pratik Pathak people will follow money and role models.
@@coolhari2000 during nationals I was playing with gki & my opponent had joola octopus customized rubber
You need better gear
for that Money's essential
@@pratikpathak3326 - Sounds like we're saying the same thing no?
They don't pay,, but reward... No other country in the world rewards the medal winners like India does. But not spending on the budding talent is killing
@@bimkivi I think the question here is spending money on infrastructure and fostering a suitable environment. You can't win medals if you haven't practiced for 10 years.
To think that he won some sets against Ma Long,Fan Zhendong,Simon Gauzy and Timo Boll huge respect
I have been watching Indian TT since 40 years. I have never seen an Indian player like Sathiyan. He is a master of speed game. The only way he can be subdued is by playing a slow game. But invariably he increases the speed and plays amazing rallies. Hats Off!!
He earned at least one game from FZD. This is enough to introduce him.
From Xu Xin as well
To be honest ,sathiyan needs to work hard now ,if he want to come in top10...,
Fzd xx ml everyone has lost atleast a game from many players
Doesnt mean he is a good player
He one 2 from malong
The counter-drive on him is absolutely insane, the control of the game flow and his speed are all really good too. No doubt that he's innately talented
This is one of my favourite TT channels in UA-cam. 3 years without videos now. Thanks for all the good videos, I hope you upload a new video soon
He is exceptionally skilled with his backhand
Amazing guy, taking the ball very early and using a lot more angles than most of table tennis players do. Is it new TT generation?
the older generation of chinese penholders used to do this , more like a revival of the style
It's not new generation style, but that is the real TT plays, as Jun Raphael Kariya said, classic player used to play that way 😁
Waldner
True that. Most players want to play like chinese players. Heres one player who has his own style. I dont know what it will take to be in the big league.
Ive seen liushiwen use this a lot.
I think India could be a table tennis power house in around 20 years. The sport is pretty popular (and getting more popular), and they have a massive population just like China.
This is what India needs now. Exposure to other sports other than Cricket. There are many such talented players who don't get a chance to exhibit themselves in front of the world. Tokyo 2020 is gonna be great for us.🏅🏆
JAI HIND
Yes Panda.... You are correct
Great playing, respect from Pakistan
Please respect on borders to !!!
@@monti007007007007 please dont disrespect my feelings as a player or a sportsman. Sports is sports and Borders are some where sports men have nothing to do. Hope you understand!
@@MuhammadKhan-pl8je amazing reply! Love from India brother!

@@rahulkhatwani548 brother I was a sportsman and now I am a medical doctor, but I besides Islam/Pakistan love humanity more. I Love every human being...and specifically humbled by your words 🙏🙏🙏
I wonder why everyone is talking about only his one set wins against ma long or FZD but no one is talking about his clean sweep victory against Harimoto last year.
He needs to step up his mental game. He takes pressure easily.
Always have to root for the Indian player. So underrepresented in international sports. Untapped talent.
Great video, most promising Indian player since Achanta Sharath Kamal
He is amazing bro.. I really enjoyed watching him. He will be extremely tough competitor for top ranking players if bollywood doesn't make film on him and put this guy on sky and he will be done. Best wishes for this guy 🇵🇰
One set against Ma long , Timo boll and fan Zhendong, is very very very very impressive to say the least.
Hello, I hope you are well in these tough times. I have not seen any new content from you in almost a year. I really enjoyed watching your table tennis clips of new generation players & older generation players. Please comeback the table tennis community needs people like you to upload more regularly... Best wishes from your fan :-)
Great player..proud of his hard work and achievements. More to come!
Really need more players like him to show consistent effort in front of the world that we, Indians, are here
More of indian players please!Great work!
speed&placement
Damn he hits the ball so fast off the bounce that opponents have hard time reading it. That’s some insane speed and backhand🔥
If this guy can get more power his precision will be amazing
That's like saying if Maruti Swift can be made 250 bhp at the same level of fuel efficiency.
This is the style that I think is the coolest in table tennis, it is very dynamic and versatile. It's a shame that few players use this style these days.
He's definitely our big hope. He needs to maintain his composure and not let anxiety overpower him.
He lost both his matches in the Olympics Team qualifier which was a big setback for our nation as we couldn't qualify.
If he's fit n healthy, and mentally strong then he has a shot at the bronze.
it's pretty heavy pressure with the weight of entire Indian people
Wow.....just wow...I just started watching TT and can't stop watching him ...he has blown me away
Like this player. Good instincts, short quick action and lots of power.
I think is one of the best I ever seen a Indian tabletennis player
I love his playing method❣️❣️❣️
He is amazing.. especially line shots
Superb backhand..👏👏👏
0:36 Jump was good to watch
He hit early and he got this fast reaction and can change direction very quick. A talented one.
Fantastic speed close to the table from a - say - non bodybuilded athlete ! Btw THANK YOU for not putting music up on your vidéos :)
Staying close to the table leaves no reaction time for the opponent. Sathiyan is doing well so far.
Did he just won the points against Ma Long? Amazing!
Won a whole set. That’s big
The moral of this video:DON'T LOBBING AGAINST GNASEKARAN!!
Great player proud to be indian 🇮🇳🇮🇳🏓🏓
This man has another style and it makes him Special.
Amazing.for me betters rallys than a Lot of top players
We need to learn this too😊😊😊😊
amazing reflexes and backhand control..well done.
This guy is 🔥

He'll be champion in Tokyo 2020🏓🏓🏓🏓🏓🏓🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳champions🏆🏆🏆
Not possible. Chinese will will
Yeah but Indians will do their hard work and win
@@tabletennis-india3944 bro its not that easy. Chinese has so much more experience in winning. they are dominating. Chinese will win sadly
@@sadfnfkjagkjg1 yeah but indians can try
As long as its not 0% its enough
One set against Ma long and Fan Zendong top 10 this Olympics and a medal in next will be great
But it's a long way.. fingers crossed
Excellent player of India
that's what a mechanical engineer can do
He is an IT Computer science engineer

Future World No.1
In next 100 yrs with these chicken legs.
Great back hand
Great player
Man !!! Great attack.
Bright future if he still young boy like tomokazu
He is 27 yo
His playing reminds me a bit of Harimoto and Aruna, with fast footwork and good counter attacking skills.
Dobar kanal brate
Nice play
I know this player very well...but almost nobody knows him...only cricket is a sport in india...it is our fate...
He can control the ball very well.
He is God gifted guy. Our news channels never cover his exploits but when he will get a medal all will chase him.and finish his game as they did with Gopichand in badminton and he cud never get his rhythm back
This guys is really good
Very good player...
When he says cholle
Everybody: Bhature
what a backhand
Awesome! I like his style. Close to table, classic style, that's the way TT meant to be played, not like usual these days style: 'tennis' without 'table' 😅😁
0:23 nice shot
Amazing!
Aggression level 💯
He is so smart
Will you Make a video about Jonathan groth Ps keep up the good work
Wonderful!!!
shabash shera 🔥
2021-07-25 ....He just lost in 2020 Tokyo Olympics Table Tennis in 2nd round to Hong Kong player.
In the past 40 years, India has won only one gold medal.
