I have natural pace of around 75 miles per hour at 13 year old and i need to get my line and length right i loved the video i have gotten lots of wickets
@@mokhan4310 hey mate, he just seems to be able to bowl fast haha. As soon as he was able to get his delivery footwork sorted he could bowl at good pace. He also has a side on action which seems to help with outswing. Sorry I couldn't be more descriptive for you
@@mokhan4310middle finger longer than index. With standard grip and a good release (ball rolling out, which should come anyway if you have been bowling for long enough, like 3 months), the ball will leave the hand with just the middle finger, which for a right hander is on the right and side of the seam, causing it to grip the seam slightly and make the ball angle away from the batsman. Thats why i also have natural swing and am struggling to bowl the inswinger because it requires me to change my release and i often just release it while trying to do one as a scrambled seam, instead of my angled seam of normal balls, which tend to be natural outswingers
Sir Iam from poor city we have no coach and no academy than i see you on youtube and practice at home.Iam very interested in cricket but our parents supports but you are a great person. Please upload daily video.😗😗
Thanx for the kind comment, but there's no chance we can do daily videos, we are struggling to get 2 out a week with the amount of planning and editing combined with our daily coaching jobs.😅
Thanks for the great content. Two questions though, at the time of release do you 1)Snap the wrist? or keep it cock? (specifically at the point of release) 2) Does your wrist turn inside little to make the ball swing inside? or do you keep you wrist straight?(at the point of release)
Its a pleasure, you can do either one, but snapping should generate more swing, by bowling the ball with your index finger your wrist will automatically slightly bend in.🙌🏻
Nice video and explained well. My question here is you didn’t tell anything about the direction of the seem when we hold it for an inswinger. Please guide us about the direction of the seen as to whether it should be towards the Leg-Slip or else ?
If you are doing the index finger method, straight seam is perfect as the index finger pushes the ball to shape towards a leg slip. But you can experiment and see what works for you👌🏻
i only able to bowl inswingers cause my body falls towards non bowling arm and my natural relese point is right top of middle finger exactly like shown in video i cant even able to bowl straight one with seam i tried lot but can't grip ball perfectly for outswing should i give up on outswing ? i am 23 i have one of the best leg cutter.
I'm confused, isn't this seaming in and not swinging, because the ball isn't moving in the air? And if so, how do you properly in swing? This is a very good method anyway 😊
Hey there, no this is a method specifically for swing bowling, there will be some seeming as the ball angles in through the air and then continues on its line. Unfortunately conditions aren't always the best to get massive swing, and I'm not that talented 🤣🤣🤣
Jimmy Anderson does this, as well as a bunch of others, there's normally a mix of one of the three ways to swing a ball, but the finger is the most dominant.
If you want to swing it in to a right hander, shiny side on the outside, bowling the ball with more of the middel finger. Opposite if you want to swing it in to a left hander
Here are all the videos we have done that covers swing bowling. The drills will be the exact same for both right handers and left hander. the ball will just swing the opposite way. So do the drills and use the appropriate method for the delivery you would like to bowl.💪 ua-cam.com/video/thh9JenH6zw/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/dxWk8CXNDvY/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/rFNnrLXfZEw/v-deo.html
If its not working your seam presentation is wrong, make sure to get your seam presentation upright and neutral and then start working on swinging the ball into the batter
Thanks, my 10 year old son has a natural outswing and natural pace, but we haven't been able to figure out the inswinger. Cheers from Christchurch NZ
Our pleasure! Happy to help!

This helped alot I know what I using in my next match
Give it a proper go in the nets and see how it feel... If its comfortable and consistent, by all means go for it in a match💪🏻
What additives will help swing the ball? Actually I’m Australian I’ll figure it out

Fine leg
Do we need to point the seam towards leg slip or fine leg before hand in this case or should we have an upright seam?

nice good chanale 😀
Does this work with a rubber ball?
Good
Ty
What do you mean by additives?
Additives in this sense refers to some Vaseline/petroleum jelly, sunscreen, saliva etc.
Take the bowl normally smoothly and comfortably in your hand for swing fast
Finally started getting wickets
Congrats🙌💪

@@CoachCricXI I was wondering if James Anderson or any other bowler uses this?
Which famous bowlers often, if ever, use this technique?
