Awesome bro, been following since the Mangere Bridge days. I love your perseverance brother. Come up to the real Far North again. I know you did Houhora but there is plenty of other spots. Try the rocks at Henderson Bay for instance.

Them rocks looked tuff! The far north is one of my favourite parts of the country. I’m into land based, won’t give away any spots lol. From an Aucklander who now lives in Tūranganui-a-Kiwa

Awesome video bro. Rock fishing is awesome when it’s deep enough. Even cooler that you did some sight fishing too with the snapper that you could see in the burley trail.

pretty awesome u noticed that scene. yea was cool to see the snapper in the trail but it was small so kept grabbing the bait but hook couldn't set

im sorry but the fishing up north of nz looks so easy. down in wellington especcially over winter it is much harder. it can be good and we catch a lot more gurnard than snapper, but catching like 10 legal snapper of a random rock on a random windy day in winter is impossible down south

we have tough days too up here. the berley made it possible to land good numbers of fish
