certain actions like triggering sensors will spawn more guards which is an intentional game mechanic. you didn’t seem to trigger a sensor so it might have been the mine you destroyed. destroying and picking up mines will cause a defender alert so it’s better to use EW to tank them to prevent the defender from arriving. guards will spawn if sensors are tripped or there is a loud noise/explosion
Happens to me every day without fail and i have the countless clips to prove it 🫠😂 it’s also why you cannot complete the freedom of oppression fob event because there is one or two ghost soldiers that haven’t spawned in properly 😩
