Hate on Belal as much as you want, but he took a short notice fight against a killer in the division right after Ramadan with the risk of losing a potential title shot. He's got balls, and I thank these 2 for saving this card.
Burns too it on short notice to I like belal but don't make excuses for him they both toom on short notice and burns has too cut down jsut few week after cutting down so he probably was big u gotta show respect to burns too
One of them will be in tears come Saturday night.

I fear this is going to be one of them boring fights where the styles are conducive to it being spent grappling against the fence. Muhammad’s striking is nowhere near as good as burns so he’s going to try tying him up. Burns take down defence and ju-jitsu’s really high level though so I foresee this being slow and paced

He is one of them fighters I always thought, if he come up against usman or likes of Leon Edwards or colby he’s in for a bad night - I still do. Burns when he’s on form though his striking is brilliant. Hence what I said. Belal likes to grapple a lot and he was likely to do it here from previous performances. Clearly his game plan was different than expected and it payed off. Was right though - it wasn’t the most fun of fights in my opinion. I like fast paced back and forth over slow and methodical and their styles still played out to what I expected. Belal striking did look a lot better than previously though - impressive
