Sam, just want to say I had my graduation commencement today. In the morning, I did chest/tris/side delts. Sadly, I don't have time for cardio today, pretty sure I can say I had a special day. One thing I want to have consistent post-uni life is continuing hitting the gym frequently. Love the vids, keep it up

Inspiring video. I’m going to try alternating bicep/triceps just to see the benefits. I usually focus on individual muscle groups then move on to the closest muscle group.
Havent tuned in at all bruv been like a good 2-3 weeks been needing these videos to get me through as my gym work is slowing down dramatically I was 7-6 day’s a week now im at a stand still 4 day’s a week and I absolutely hate it ;/.

Just did my 20mins on rowing machine after 3 months heavy eating and gaining strength. I put on a couple inchs around waist was surprised and yeah has been a trade off strength has come with fat for me. Did cardio today and felt amazing opened up my breathing, awsome stretch, got to be good and yeah I enjoyed it and def cardio daily for me for a while.

I do self assisted reps because Ive had a crack in my wrists for about 8 years and I decided not to let them do surgery and put a pin in it.

For every like i’ll do 225 for 1 rep
yup. been doing push pull for decades this way. now do it with quads and hams:)make sure to rest about 2 minutes between sets for legs. arms it alot less because smaller muscles/fiber types. its all about maximizing O2. so doing limbs one at a time is even better
Certainly get a more satisfying lift if I do arms on their own designated day, when my system isn't already exhausted from working chest and back.
