My fist is the divine breath! Blossom, o fallen seed, and draw upon thy hidden powers! Grant unto thee the power of the glorious “Mother of Destruction!”
Do you desire the power?
DOTH THOU DESIRE THE POWER??
I am Grahf, the seeker of power. Doth thou desire the power? My fist is the divine breath! Blossom, o fallen seed, and draw upon thy hidden powers!! Grant unto thee the power of the glorious 'Mother of Destruction'!
YOU SHALL BE AS GODS! YOU SHALL BE AS GODS! YOU SHALL BE AS GODS! YOU SHALL BE AS GODS! YOU SHALL BE AS GODS!
I'm a simple man, I see Xenogears, I click. I was not ready to blown away with such awesomeness though, thank you sir!
Dost thou desire the power?
+1 for using the correct conjugation of "do" when the actual game script doesn't
@@WildMatsu heh, I think I just misremembered due to a childhood raised on KJV translation church services
Having multiple personalities seems to run in the Wong family.
Grahf. Now that's a name I haven't heard in a long time.
A Yasunori Mitsuda classic, reinvented with the power of metal!
Stand tall and shake the heavens!
I always felt that this song was PERFECT for Grahf. So HEAVY AND BRUTAL!
Imagine a XenoGears remake. A proper disk 2.
It NEEDS to be done.
They would find a way to ruin it.
SE would flub it somehow. Bout to make it a sequel like 7 RE but not market it as such
But it’s a Switch Version made out of Xenoblade Chronicles Trilogy before it connects to Xenoblade Chronicles X DLC.
@@Lemuel928 those games had nothing to do with Xenogears though
Man, the first few notes reminded of "Death - Flesh and the power it holds"! Great cover as always!
Great song! fellow death fan.
I was not expecting this OST but oh man you hit me in the nostalgia
Never thought I would see a Xenogears remix on this channel. Good shit, Xenogears is a classic.
It's not his only Xenogears remix, in fact! He did "Bonds of Sea and Fire" a few years ago. ua-cam.com/video/O92pumq3S3Q/v-deo.html
🐲 I Grahf thank you for making this song ❤
Wow, this hits hard in the nostalgia! Any soundtrack by Yasunori Mitsuda is always a real treat, and you did a great job translating the score onto guitar.
what other soundtracks is he responsible for? Xenogears soundtrack is pretty darn 👌
@@scaf_007vs3 Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross are the first two that come to mind. He has also worked on the Xenoblade soundtracks as well. There's also his original album, Sailing the World which is just gorgeous!
Dude, I literally just finished playing through this game a few days ago!
"Are you strong..?"
我の拳は神の息吹! “堕ちたる種子”を開花させ、秘めたる力をつむぎ出す! 美しき滅びの母の力を!
Are you kidding me.
Holy shit.
A metal version for the man that pilots the metal god
Bro, I've been waiting for this song, playing to metal style for years.
thank you very much mate
If you don't mind, I'll add it to my playlist.
You know what this means, its time to also do Awakening from Xenogears.
I absolutely love the build up from slow to a bit more faster so on
That feel when you make contact with the Zohar but bring the wrong girlfriend with you because you're a hot mess
sounds good man, keep up practicing your art. peace stranger
Beautiful version, production and arrangement are awesome!
Oooh this game is epic. Thank you for this nostalgia.
This legit gave me goosebumps
We need an Id theme please. 🖤
You should do the battle theme from the Gameboy Battleship game!! No one has really touched it sadly. I think you would do amazing things with that tune.
How I didn't notice this sooner in my sub box is beyond me, but wow I am really happy to have found this before going to bed.
Played and finished Xenogears this year in preparation for XBC 3 and found it to be a really great game in spite of its flaws. Absolutely amazing sound track and you've done a great job bringing it to life like this.
HELL. YES!
This is so epic! Amazing job!
The perfect loop at the end too. Amazing job
Do you desire the power...chords?
Damn. The cover I didn't know I needed. Fantastic job.
Sick AF bro
Yo this is awesome. Definitely something I'd like to hear when battling him
OK you're goated for this one.
it has been too long since I have heard this song or this man play his fine guitar I am overjoyed to hear both
Epic cover
Wow amazing game and track…
Finallllyyy Xenogearsss
Sounds evil af lol. Good job!
Amazing song men
Please give more of this
What a kick in the gut!
I still got the PS1 original game of Xenogears. Glad I never sold it.
"Power. I need more power!"
Does't thou desire the power?
This made me realize it sounds very similar to Sephiroth theme.
It sounds a lot like Sorceress Edea's theme too.
Doth thou desire the power ?
I liked how cold and calculated Grahf was. I identify with that.
But the other side of the coin, my own "Id", is very much like Id in this game. Confident, maniacal, and likes to play with his "food"
Do Blackthorne for the SNES!
YES DOOD!
Make it all METAL.
Is the Darth Vader theme of video games
Could you do Violent Ken’s Theme from Ultra Street Fighter II by chance?
are you strong?
Which DAW and drum VST are you using? I want to get mine sounding better
May i ask what interface your using to record on?
If you had a SubscribeStar instead of Patreon (I deleted my account there in protest over some of BS they got up to) I'd consider donating in the hopes you cover Id's Theme (Soul Torn Apart) or Awakening and Parasite Eve's Explosive Attack boss theme.
Fuck yeah Xenogears cover!
Doth thou desire the power?
