How do
You keep it when you roll it from dripping over the edges so it doesn’t look sloppy?
This looks like a quality product! I am researching products to recoat my existing 5 yr old EPDM rubber roof on my 22 ft Class C RV. I live in CA where it is hot and RV is always exposed to UV Rays. I need a superior product. Dicor is currently the RV roof coating monopoly and over priced! Huge ripoff industry around RVs. I need to break that cycle and explore alternatives.

:25 Wash the roof w/ a pressure washer using a non-foaming detergent like tsp or tsp substitute..
would any detergent be ok to clean/prep the surface for application, do you have a specific recommendation for detergent? thank you
Hello Mike, the video specifically references TSP detergent, which is the chemical Trisodium Phosphate. Savogran makes both TSP and TSP substitute powdered detergents for dilution in water.
can Henry's be applied over dicor self leveling caulk ?

Hi Ingrid. Because 887 Tropi-Cool® is a moisture cure product, it should not be tinted in the field. As for painting over it, the main concerns would be adhesion and compatibility. These would be best answered by a paint manufacturer as it would be their product added on top of ours. We have no test data to support the performance of a paint being added.
Heck no that stuff is very unforgiving when it comes to adding anything to it but the product is outstanding if you do exactly what it says to do this is by no means like applying a cheap or regular elastomarac coating this stuff is really tough and will last a long time
... in August of 2019 had two layers/coats of the Enviro White rolled on
flat roof den ... then used/added the TropiCool silicone on a troubled spot leak area, and a few other spots i knew water would puddle ... then i used TropiCool all around the edges to give it a good seal.
... days later did water test all over roof and NO MORE leak in the trouble area.
... 3 months later in November i went up on roof to show a friend of mine and all looked good.
-> BUT WAIT
... its now May 2020 and we had a good 2 day storm of rain so i just went up on roof just to take note of puddle areas and holy shit
... what i found were layers of either the Enviro White or TropiCool just peeling right off on some sections and a sections of a roof roll bubbling up even at the edge area where rain can get in.
... i have proof ( pics and video) and this is not cool at all, I'm pissed.
FYI i did not notice any leaks inside but still THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
... we are supposed to get another good storm tonight and tomorrow morning so I just covered the area with a 10 x 12 size tarp until I figure out what I'm going to do in the meantime as I need to speak to someone from Henry's to fix this problem because I spent a lot of money on those products.
