- A video of a dog behind the wheel of a moving Tesla went viral online, especially because it seemed there was no one else in the car! It was caught on video by Blake Missick in Austin, Texas. He was shocked that a dog was riding in the driver’s seat as the Tesla cruised using its famed autopilot feature. Missick is known for wacky videos, but he denies he had anything to do with orchestrating the stunt.

To be fair, I’d probably lie too if it meant I was charged if I told the truth. It was most likely made all in good fun just for the sake of letting others enjoy it, not to be charged with penalties.

All that stuff about eyes has been debunked over the years. You'd have to know what a person does with their eyes when they're speaking daily/normally and note changes when they lie.

I still think it is set up. I also am not convinced autopilot turns off after 30 seconds considering the fact that a man was pulled over and ticketed multiple times for sleeping while using autopilot to drive.

It checks if your hand is on the steering wheel. If you fall asleep with your hand on the steering wheel it could keep driving (just like any other car, only way safer).

There is a very easy way to tell that 99% chance this guy was involved... You don't have to be a brain surgeon or a body language, or facial expert, or language expert.... You notice on the video he posted it specifically keeps the license plate out of the picture. That's not by accident I am sure. Plus if this were real, wouldn't you want to get the license plate! So you can alert the authorities and they can follow up with the registered owner! "Is this even legal?" What do you think? That's why he didn't want the plate shown on the video. He would have gotten A FRIEND in trouble with the police for even doing this stunt!
