- A basic overview of Manx Mythology, this is the start of a series I will be covering in the future where we will delve deeper into the various tales, figures and places related to the ancient Celtic belief system that exists on the Isle of Man.
I am very proud of my Manx ancestors and have numerous relatives who are buried in Bride Churchyard. The Isle of Man is a magical place.
I also have a decent amount of Manx ancestry along with my Scottish, Irish, and Welsh heritage, with Danish being the biggest chunk of my heritage along with British. That is at least my European side. I also have French, German and Dutch. In the US however I have Delaware Native American.
It’s a shithole
So interesting. A place I really want to visit someday
So, does this third leg refer to a more well endowed society? 😉😂 I guess my Manx ancestors added quite a bit of that third leg to me. 🤣
I Really enjoy your videos. I love Irish tales. I enjoy listening to Eddie Lenihan recite tales of Fae and folklore. I would love to know more about the Fae.
Niamh Celticmist Niamh Thank you very much for the comment! I’ve already got a Fae video planned so I’ll make sure to get that recorded next.
I know I have some Manx heritage but I don't know it to well.
Great upload
The buggane is pronounced Boo-gain not boo-gone

I just realized the last words you used at the end of your video is actually Irish for thank you. I know this cause I am studying Irish and know this already. I wonder how similar Irish and Manx are in relation to each other.
